Roads within the building division belong to the owner, except those belonging to urban roads. The green space within the building division belongs to the owner, except for urban public green space or express personal green space. Other public places, public facilities and property services within the building division are owned by the owner. In the building division, the ownership of planned parking spaces and garages shall be agreed by the parties through sale, gift or lease. Parking spaces that occupy roads or other venues owned by the owner for parking cars shall be owned by the owner.

Provisions on public places:

(1) Roads within the building division, except those belonging to urban public roads;

(two) the green space within the building division, except for the urban public green space or the individual;

(three) other public places and public facilities within the building division;

(4) Property service rooms;

(five) occupying roads or other venues owned by owners to park vehicles;

(6) Basic structural parts such as the foundation, load-bearing structure, external walls and roofs of buildings, public transportation parts such as passages, stairs and lobbies, auxiliary facilities and equipment such as fire fighting and public lighting, and structural parts such as refuge floors, equipment floors or computer rooms;

(seven) other places and facilities that do not belong to the exclusive part of the owner, nor to the municipal public parts or other rights holders.

2. Bathing beauty places (3 categories): public bathrooms, barbershops and beauty salons.

3. Cultural and entertainment places (5 categories): theaters, video halls (rooms), amusement halls (rooms), dance halls and concert halls.

4. Sports and entertainment places (3 categories): stadiums (gymnasiums), swimming pools (gymnasiums) and parks.

5. Cultural exchange places (4 kinds): exhibition halls, museums, art galleries and libraries.
