In the name of Xuanyuanjian, the first book Integration of Ancient and Modern Books was published. Li's Biography of the Famous Sword:

xuanyuan sword

"Yellow Emperor's Journey to the East" said: "Emperor Xuanyuan took a bronze sword from Shoushan, engraved with ancient astronomical characters. The emperor collapsed and buried Qiao Shan. Five hundred years later, the mountain collapsed, the house was empty, but the sword was there. Once, it was also lost. 」

But searching for ancient books, there is no book "A Journey to the East of the Yellow Emperor", but I don't know whether the title is wrong or the copying is wrong, which contains:

Later, Minister Zuo Che cut wood for the statue of the Yellow Emperor, led his ministers to worship it, and courtiers admired him. He took a few sticks to set up a temple for sacrifice, took clothes and put them in the tomb, so there was Qiao Shan's tomb. Xing Xing County has Qiao Shan, Shang Jun County has Huangdi Temple, and Zhoufang Qiaoshan County has Huangdi Mausoleum. Wherever the Yellow Emperor once walked, there were shrines. Five hundred years later, Qiao Shan's grave collapsed, leaving only the sword and the red shovel, which were once lost. Both Jing and Long are recorded.

Jin Gehong's "Bao Pu Zi Nei Bian" also said:

Or: "what is the tomb of the bridge hill when the yellow emperor judges the immortal?" Bao Puzi replied: "According to Jing Shan Jing and the dragon's first record, it is said that after the Yellow Emperor took Shen Dan, the dragon came to meet him, and the ministers admired him and were at a loss, or took a few sticks and set up a temple for sacrifice; Or take their clothes and bury them. The immortal said, "The Yellow Emperor chose the date of death, that is, 70 days to go and 70 days to return. He was buried in Qiaoshan Mountain, where the mausoleum suddenly collapsed. The tomb is empty, but his sword is nowhere to be found. 』

It can be seen that the Yellow Emperor did have a sword in history, but the name of the sword was not included. Whether it is the legendary "Xuanyuan Sword" is even more unknown, or whether Li belongs to the Yellow Emperor who said this sword, so it is named for future generations to study in detail.
