The project started in May 2008+2065438. The total investment of the project is about 4.885 billion yuan, covering an area of more than 2,200 mu, with a total construction area of more than 770,000 square meters. Upon completion, it can accommodate 24,000 full-time students. Among them, the construction area of the first phase project is about 570,000 square meters, and the construction area of the second phase project is about 200,000 square meters. The first phase of the project was completed on June 29th this year, with a building area twice that of the old campus of neijiang normal University.
It is reported that the first batch of four secondary colleges moved into the new campus, including Marxism College, School of Politics and Public Administration, Art College and Zhang Daqian Academy of Fine Arts. 10 from June 10 to June 12, nearly 4,000 students from these four secondary colleges will be relocated in turn, and the whole school relocation plan will be completed by the end of this year.
The new campus of neijiang normal University is based on the design concept of ecological campus, garden campus and smart campus. It is high in the south and low in the north, surrounded by water. There are three mountain parks behind the library, mountain sports park and science building garden. The plot ratio of the new campus is 0.52, and the greening rate reaches 44%. 28 single buildings, such as teaching building, library, gymnasium and student dormitory, in the new campus are unique. Among them, the library shaped like a "lotus" is like a hibiscus in under the greenwood tree with clear water.
