The scope of use of the reader card is to borrow three foreign books stored in our library (except those published before 1950 1) and automatically obtain the reading function of our library's books.

The conditions for applying for a reader card are China citizens with intermediate or above technical titles, administrative posts at department level or above, graduate students or above.

The reader's card shall be handled with the existing reader's card and valid proof that meets the application conditions. Fill in the relevant items in the application form and pay a deposit of 1000 yuan.
