Adjustment is an important part of graduate enrollment. In order to regulate the adjustment of graduate enrollment in schools, this requirement is formulated according to the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education and the actual situation of schools.

I. Basic requirements for adjustment

(A) training units should be combined with the characteristics of our school to adjust the number of students and its own discipline structure, increase the management of the adjustment work, do a good job of adjustment, and ensure the completion of the enrollment task.

(3) Each training unit shall not simply take the non-academic level criteria such as the time sequence of candidates' voluntary transfer as the selection basis, nor shall it limit the scope of students according to the unit, industry, region and school level category, or set other discriminatory conditions.

(four) the adjustment must meet the requirements of the Ministry of Education for the adjustment major, and the application for adjustment major is the same as or similar to the first volunteer major.

(5) Our school takes English as the foreign language unified examination major, and does not accept the transfer application of candidates who take other languages as the foreign language unified examination major.

(6) Part-time graduate students in our school only accept transfer applications from on-the-job targeted employment personnel (on-the-job candidates whose application category is "targeted employment").

(seven) the training units can determine the minimum retest scores (including single subjects and total scores) for the adjustment of each major, and adjust the majors studied by candidates in the undergraduate stage, the scope of the first voluntary application and the requirements of the first business examination subjects.

(8) For the candidates who meet the requirements of adjustment, the training unit shall receive their adjustment applications in turn according to the following circumstances, and determine the list of candidates who enter the re-examination in turn in strict accordance with the total score of candidates in the initial test from high to low:

1. The first volunteer major is the same as the one applying for transfer, and the preliminary examination subjects are exactly the same as the preliminary examination subjects and examination questions published in the enrollment regulations of our school.

2. The first volunteer major is the same as the one applying for transfer, and the initial test subjects are the same as or similar to those published in the enrollment regulations of our school.

3. The first volunteer major is similar to applying for a major change.

(9) Candidates' preliminary test scores meet the basic requirements of the candidates for the 2022 National Postgraduate Entrance Examination in the first voluntary application for the second district, and they must also meet the basic requirements of the candidates for the 2022 National Postgraduate Entrance Examination in the second voluntary application for the second district before they can participate in the adjustment. Those who do not meet the requirements cannot participate in the adjustment.

Candidates who intend to apply for professional degrees in business administration, public administration, engineering management, tourism management, accounting, library and information, auditing, etc. may be transferred to other majors, but candidates from other majors may not be transferred to the above seven majors.

First, candidates who voluntarily apply for master of laws (illegal studies) are not allowed to transfer to other majors; Candidates from other majors are not allowed to transfer to this major.

(eleven) candidates who apply for the high-level backbone talents program of ethnic minorities shall not be transferred to the program; Those who have not applied for the exam may not be transferred to the plan.

(twelve) candidates who take separate examinations (including the plan of strengthening the army to aid Tibet) shall not be transferred.

(thirteen) candidates who have participated in the re-examination of our school, but failed to pass the re-examination, may not apply to transfer to the same major in the same unit of our school.

Second, the adjustment procedure

All training units in our school must receive all transferred candidates (including those transferred from other units and from their own units) through the "National Postgraduate Enrollment Transfer Service System" designated by the Ministry of Education (except those who add extra points and those who enjoy minority policies).

(1) Before our school starts the dispensing work, we will publish the following contents on this website 12 hours in advance:

1. The name of the major receiving the transfer and the transfer vacancy.

2. The major that receives the adjustment requires candidates to apply for the professional scope first.

3. Other relevant requirements (such as retest scores, undergraduate professional requirements of candidates, requirements of initial business examination subjects, etc.).

4. Assign the specific time for opening and closing the system. The duration of opening the distribution system in each round shall not be less than 12 hours.

After the first round of adjustment work, depending on the students' situation, our school will announce the opening hours of the follow-up adjustment system separately, so candidates are invited to continue to pay attention to the relevant announcements on the website.

(2) After the adjustment time of each adjustment major is over, each training unit will apply for adjustment in strict accordance with the adjustment requirements, sort and screen all the candidates who fill in the adjustment application one by one, and determine that qualified candidates will enter the second interview. The re-examination notice will be sent to the re-examination candidates who enter the re-examination through the R&D network adjustment system. Re-examination candidates must reply within the specified time, and those who fail to reply within the time limit are deemed to have given up the qualification for re-examination automatically.

(3) The lock-in time for voluntary adjustment in our school is 36 hours. After the lock-in time is up, candidates can continue to fill in other volunteers.

(4) adjust the second interview. The re-examination is scheduled for mid-April, 2022. The specific requirements and work arrangements for the second interview shall be notified to the candidates by the training units (through the adjustment system, telephone, SMS, website, etc.). ).

(5) For the transfer candidates to be admitted, our school will send a notice of waiting for admission through the R & D.com transfer system after the transfer retest, and the transfer candidates must be confirmed through the transfer system within the specified time of each training unit. If you don't complete the operation according to the time specified in the Notice of Waiting for Admission, our school will cancel its qualification for waiting for admission and recruit other candidates.

Third, other precautions

(1) Before applying for transfer, candidates should fully read and understand the transfer methods of our school and related training units, as well as the policy differences of different learning methods (full-time and part-time) of related majors in terms of training, incentives, employment, etc., and carefully fill in the transfer volunteers to avoid delays in filling in the transfer time of our school because they do not meet the transfer conditions of our school.

(2) In addition to meeting the basic requirements of our school, candidates who change majors should also carefully check whether they meet the requirements of changing majors to ensure that the submitted materials are true and effective. Candidates who do not meet the transfer requirements of our school will be disqualified immediately once they are verified. Even if they have accepted the re-examination notice issued by the relevant training units, our school has the right to cancel their re-examination qualification. If you can't re-test or pass the admission examination of the higher recruitment department because you don't meet the requirements of our school's adjustment or fraud, the candidates will be responsible for it themselves.

(3) Our school has not authorized any social organization, individual or website to publish information related to postgraduate entrance examination, held any examination training class, or entrusted any training institution to carry out re-examination training.

(4) Other policies shall be subject to the Measures for Admission of Postgraduates in 2022 in Guizhou Normal University.
