Third, the provisions of the reader's card
1. Readers can choose one of the following types of reader cards according to their needs (free for the first time:
50 yuan, a class A reader card deposit, can borrow 2 volumes of China literature 1 month, and can be renewed once.
The deposit of Class B reader card is 100 yuan, and you can borrow 4 volumes of China Literature 1 month, which can be renewed once.
200 yuan, with the deposit of Class C reader card, can borrow 8 volumes of China Literature, with a borrowing period of 1 month, and can be renewed once.
Please take good care of the deposit certificate, reader's card and valid documents after completing the formalities.
3. If you need to change the reader ID card type, you can apply at the main service desk on the first floor, and provide my existing reader ID card and my valid documents (ID card, household registration book, military ID card, passport, etc.). ), and make up or return the deposit difference.
4. The validity period of the reader's card is 3 years (from the date of issuing the card, please go through the annual registration formalities after the expiration before you can continue to use it. Readers' cards that fail to register on time will be suspended until they are re-registered.
Four, loss reporting, replacement and refund methods
1. If the reader's ID card is lost, you should go to the registration service department of our library to report the loss. If it is fraudulently used because it has not been reported or lent, all the consequences will be borne by the reader himself.
2. If you report the loss, you need to bring your ID card (or household registration book, military ID card and passport) and pay the fee of 10 yuan.
3. When returning the card, please pay off the borrowed books and the fees owed, and get back the corresponding deposit with the reader's card and valid documents.
4. If the reader's card cannot be used due to improper storage, you can pay 10 yuan to reissue the reader's card.

In order to strengthen the management of readers' cards, readers are requested not to apply for cards repeatedly. Each reader can only apply for one reader card. If duplicate cards are found, they will be cancelled (the deposit will not be refunded.
