Yang Yi Zeng (1787 ~ 1856) was born in Liaocheng, Shandong. Scholars and bibliophiles in Qing Dynasty. Daoguang Jinshi He has served as the magistrate of Libo County, Guizhou Province, the minister of Kaifeng Road, Henan Province and Shaanxi Province. Later, Lin Zexu recommended him to be the governor of Shaanxi, and soon he was named the governor of Jiangnan. There is a "Haiyuange" library, which collects precious ancient books, calligraphy and painting antiques from the Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties.

Song Cun Library Yang Yizeng loved books all his life. After decades of accumulation, there are hundreds of thousands of rare books in past dynasties, which are collected by Haiyuan Pavilion. There is a single room in the pavilion, which is dedicated to the collection of rare books of Song periodicals and old manuscripts of famous schools, and the title is "Shu Room".
Later, Yang Yizeng bought four books, The Book of Songs, Shangshu, The Book of Rites, The Spring and Autumn Annals, and four books, Historical Records, The Book of the First Han Dynasty, The Book of the Later Han Dynasty and The Three Kingdoms. Among the four classics, The Book of Songs and Shangshu are the notes of Zheng Xuan, a famous Confucian scholar in the Eastern Han Dynasty, which are even more rare. While he was delighted, he felt that his room was "the study of four books and four histories".
