We seldom pay attention to health when we are healthy. Once your health is gone, your only hope is to regain it. Nothing is more important than having health.

Step 1: Be grateful for your health (past)
Recall your health in childhood, adolescence and adulthood, and think that you were energetic and carefree at that time. Recall these three periods in turn, and say a curse every time you reach the peak of joy: thank you, and feel the gratitude flowing from your heart in the process of remembering. Recalling those exciting experiences can help you quickly recall the state of these periods.
Step 2: Be grateful for the health you still have.
Think about the health you still have today and express gratitude for the organs, systems and senses that are in good condition at present. Think about your arms, legs, eyes, ears, liver, kidneys, brain and heart. Choose five healthy parts and say thank you to them in turn in your heart.
Step 3: Be grateful for the health you desire (the future).
You can choose a body part that you want to improve as the object of gratitude practice. Think about the ideal state you want to achieve. When you express your gratitude for this ideal state, you enter the process of getting rewards from this ideal state.
Usually when a person knows that he has a certain disease, people always focus on the disease itself.
However, the law of attraction tells us that paying attention to a problem can't help us dispel it, because too much attention will only make it worse. What we have to do is to do the opposite, mobilize all thoughts and feelings, concentrate our thoughts and imagine the ideal state that the affected parts can achieve. When this ideal state comes to your mind, be grateful for it, just as you have reached this state at this time.
Third, the magic summary: practice
1. Make a list of your gratitude: list ten blessings you should be grateful for in life and write down the reasons for each. Reread the gratitude entries written down. Then read the mantra three times: thank you, thank you, thank you, and try to be grateful in your heart.
2. Recall the three periods when your happiness reached its peak, and sincerely express your gratitude for each period.
Think about five parts of your body that are still healthy and express your gratitude to them in turn.
Choose a certain part of your body as the object you want to improve, take a minute to think about what that part is like in an ideal state, and then express your gratitude for this ideal state.
