Jiaojiang hehe book bar is free. Hehe, Book Bar is the unified name of Taizhou 24-hour self-service library. The earliest Hehe book bar in Taizhou was built and opened in the northeast corner of Taizhou Library on February 20 13. It is the first large-scale self-service library in the province. Since 20 16, the municipal government has listed the construction of Hehe Bookstore as a practical project of people's livelihood for three consecutive years, requiring the city to build 20 Hehe Bookstores every year.
