Dealing with online video is an infringement. Except in the case of fair use stipulated by law, any dissemination without the consent of the copyright owner of the work belongs to infringement. Stealing other people's videos is an act of infringing on other people's intellectual property rights, and our country's laws stipulate that civil subjects enjoy intellectual property rights according to law. Intentionally infringing on the intellectual property rights of others, if the circumstances are serious, the infringed person has the right to request corresponding punitive damages.
Citizens have the right to privacy, and short video platforms publish other people's private videos without the consent of the parties, which is an infringement and should bear tort liability. If you adapt or quote other people's works, you must obtain authorization, pay attention to indicate the source or source of the works, and do not infringe the copyright of others.
In short, it is an infringement to move short videos to other platforms without the author's permission, and the platform should bear the responsibility of reviewing published works. Without review, it constitutes copyright infringement and bears the liability for creditor's rights. I hope the above content can help you.
