Frankly speaking, I am really a Buddhist mother. I think preschool children are just "playing middle school"
The summer vacation is almost halfway through. I stay with Nora after work every day. Outdoor activities (children's paradise in the community or going to the supermarket) spend high-quality time with the baby 1-2 hours after dinner, take online classes, read picture books, build blocks and do small experiments ~
Arrange different contents every day, Chinese, math, English, science and art, all of which have input and balanced development ~
Today, I mainly share several sets of picture books we are reading this summer.
Language:
In addition to the previously shared graded reading and literacy, Nora has recently started reading idiom stories.
There are 40 idioms in 40 volumes of Idiom Story, which tells familiar idioms and beautiful traditional painting styles in simple and vivid language, so that babies can learn China culture.
Suitable for over 4 years old.
Thinking:
After buying so many exercise books, I recommend Moby and the seven abilities best. I finished reading Moby's Class 6 and Class 2 of No.7 Middle School this month.
Having tested five sets of thinking training boards before, Nora likes thinking school Q5 at present, and does a few pages to play irregularly ~
Mind mapping magic class, don't be scared by the name! This mind map is really easy to understand! Moreover, they are all short stories of life, which turn abstract thinking into intuitive guidance diagrams and cultivate children's ability to think and solve problems.
Suitable for over 4 years old.
English:
I finished painting Oxford Tree 4 this month. I really don't need to introduce how classic this score is! There is a big cat reading a book.
My first library, after hoarding for more than a year, was finally finished. It is worthy of being a classic of usborne. The story is interesting and rhythmic, which is very suitable for learning natural spelling. Generally speaking, it is more difficult and suitable for children with a foundation.
Clifford the Big Red Dog is reading a picture book recently. Picture books about dogs are children's favorite. The Oxford tree is soft and naughty, and the cookie dog is warm and lovely. This big red dog is brave, kind, interesting and touching.
Art:
My creative picture book Itsumi Taro 50% subverts my understanding of creative picture books! This huge interactive book can be used for coloring, doodling, walking mazes and playing games ... Children can give full play to their imaginations and create unique works. It was really fun!
Science:
Previously shared popular science picture books are currently reading "Mr. Water's Wonderful Journey" and "Little Newton Science Museum steam", both of which are steam picture books, reading popular science stories and doing small experiments, suitable for people over 3 years old.
China picture book:
"Kiki Cat Growing Up" has been watched recently, with a wide range of contents, from popular science cognition to lifestyle and personality development, suitable for babies over 3 years old ~
A similar picture book is Tom Rabbit.
Nora's first summer vacation was rich and relaxed. She learns to read picture books after work every day, and mainly plays on weekends. During the summer vacation, she traveled around and saw so many mountains, water, animals and creatures in the picture books that she was not as impressed as what she saw with her own eyes!
