(3) When returning the library card, you must come to our library with the valid certificate when handling the card to confirm the cancellation of the borrowing function of the library card and return the cash (the former Industrial Bank transferred the deposit of the library card through Shuntong without returning the cash);

(4) If the card is lost, the cardholder should report the loss to our library with valid documents as soon as possible (the original Industrial Bank Shuntong card needs to be reported to both the bank and our library). If the loss is caused before the loss is reported, the reader shall bear the responsibility.

The deposit of the debit card is divided into six grades: 40, 100, 200, 300, 400 and 500 yuan. Readers can choose the deposit grade according to their needs.
