Landlord, have you included your email address in the allowed white list? After entering the home page, select Manage Your Kindle, and there will be an email address to add new approval at the lower right of the personal document settings. Just add the email address or server address you want to push to it and save it.

If this step doesn't work, it may be that there is something wrong with your WIFI. It seems that the kindle doesn't support WIFI on the campus network.
