China Hetao Culture Museum covers an area of 49,800 square meters with a total construction area of 64,700 square meters. It is located in Linhe District, Bayannaoer City, Inner Mongolia, China. It is a large-scale public welfare building integrating the functions of museums, libraries, art galleries, art groups, dance halls, concert halls, science and technology museums, children's palaces, academies and painting academies. This is the first museum in China named and displayed by a cultural cluster.

From seven units, including cultural ecology, ancestor evolution, stone carving in the Spring and Autumn Period, bronze casting history, evolution of the Great Wall, water conservancy development and cultural sublimation, this paper shows the emergence, development and cultural sublimation of Hetao culture of the Yellow River, one of the birthplaces of ancient civilization in China.

Hetao Culture Museum is the first museum in China named and displayed by a cultural cluster. Its basic display combines the human history of Hetao from ancient times to the present, displaying more than 5,000 pieces (sets) of cultural relics, showing the historical panorama of the germination, development, maturity and prosperity of Hetao culture. It is a three-dimensional encyclopedia of Hetao culture. Inner Mongolia Hetao Culture and Art Center includes a theme theater and a rehearsal hall built around the large-scale Yinshan stone carving situational epic "Yinshan Ancient Song".

China Hetao Culture Museum and Inner Mongolia Hetao Culture and Art Center are important platforms for publicizing and displaying Hetao culture, which have a positive and far-reaching impact on excavating the cultural connotation of Hetao, building the brand of Hetao and enhancing the soft power of regional culture. According to reports, for thousands of years, frontier culture, Yellow River culture, grassland culture and farming culture have gathered, merged, passed down and accumulated in Hetao area of Inner Mongolia, forming a Hetao cultural system with distinctive regional characteristics, national characteristics and inclusiveness.
