There are four environments in the hospital. The first level is clean operating room and clean intensive medicine department. The second category is general operating room, delivery room, hematology ward, intensive care unit, burn department, catheter room, neonatal department, etc. Class III environment includes maternity ward, hemodialysis room, supply room and other wards. Class Ⅳ refers to the outpatient examination room, treatment room, outpatient department and ward of infectious diseases department.
Hospital risk classification:
1. Low-risk area: there are basically no patients or areas where patients only stay for a short time. Such as: administrative department, library, conference room, medical record room, etc.
2. Moderate risk area: the area where ordinary patients live, and the body fluids, blood, excreta and secretions of patients may cause potential pollution to the environmental surface. Such as: general inpatient ward, outpatient department, functional examination room, etc.
3. High-risk areas: areas where infected or colonized patients live and areas where protective isolation measures are taken for highly susceptible patients. Such as infectious diseases department, operating room, delivery room, intensive care unit, transplant ward, burn ward, premature room, etc.
