Candidates who apply for the general plan can apply for adjustment to the special plan if they meet the conditions for applying for the special plan of "Retired College Soldiers", and their preliminary test results must meet the requirements for accepting the preliminary test results of the special plan of "Retired College Soldiers" determined by the relevant enrollment units. Candidates who are transferred to the special program of "Retired College Soldiers" will no longer enjoy the policy of adding points to the initial test of retired college soldiers.
