1. Set up military regulations courses in military academies (military regulations courses are compulsory courses for military cadets);

2. Carry out relevant study courses in the army, and organize officers and men in grass-roots units to study military regulations;

3. Coordinate and organize relevant legal experts to give lectures in the army (teaching military regulations);

4. Establish libraries, reading rooms, study rooms, etc. At the grassroots level, grassroots officers and men are encouraged to learn military regulations by themselves.
