Working five days and eight hours, there are few night shifts. If overtime is required, pay overtime according to laws and regulations. The office environment is good, clean and tidy, and there is no noise. The workshop site is very clean and the noise is relatively low. The management method is more humanized, not as strict as the legendary Taiwan-funded enterprises, and most of the employees are from the mainland.
The factory environment is very good, and Zhao Yao Science Park is very clean and tidy. There are three large-scale companies in the Science Park, namely Zhao Yao Electronics, Shi Yao Precision Mould and Jingying Technology, all of which belong to Taiwan-funded Dalian Group. The company has apartments (similar to university dormitories), separate bathrooms and balconies, water heaters, centralized drinking water, free Internet access (better than university dormitories), and the meals in the canteen are ok (very cheap, only a few dollars for three meals a day). There are supermarkets in the factory area, and Pingshan New District Library and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank are just across the road from the company. If you want to be alone, you can rent a house, and the rent nearby is not expensive (around 300 yuan with two bedrooms and one living room). There are many beautiful women here, too, but don't string up the girls' dormitory casually. There are billiards, golf courses and various public fitness equipment in the factory. On the whole, it's not bad.
