What is an open floor?
Cast-in-place hollow floor is a kind of reinforced concrete floor with reserved cavity, which can be filled with lightweight honeycomb core mold structure.

I. Technical principle

1. The floor not only plays the role of dividing floors, but also acts as a structural stress member to bear the vertical floor load. For the reinforced concrete slab member as the structural stress, the hollow slab is formed by hollowing out the middle part of the slab thickness, which does not affect the bearing capacity of the slab. While greatly reducing the floor weight and concrete consumption, due to the reduction of load, the consumption of steel bars is also significantly reduced, thus achieving the purpose of saving materials and costs.

For the conventional floor, with the increase of span, the thickness of the floor needs to increase correspondingly, and the thickening of the floor leads to the further increase of its own weight, which limits the mechanical properties and economy of the long-span floor. Therefore, the economic span of conventional structural floors is usually 3-4m.

2. After adopting the cast-in-place hollow floor technology, it not only maintains the characteristics of continuous mechanical properties and good stiffness in the plane of the conventional floor, but also has the advantages of large thickness, good stiffness and light weight of the out-of-plane structure. It is a large space structural member with light weight, large span, material saving, low cost and excellent mechanical properties.

5. Economic advantages of underground hollow floor slab (cost saving 200 yuan/㎡)

(1) The earthwork excavation and transportation volume of foundation pit excavation are greatly reduced, and the backfill earthwork is also reduced accordingly.

(2) The quantity of foundation pit arm is obviously reduced, and there are many supporting methods for foundation pit, such as cantilever pile, anchor pile and internal support. After using the hollow concealed beam floor, the excavation depth of foundation pit becomes smaller, the earth pressure and water pressure decrease, the pile depth and buried length shorten by 13%, the pile diameter decreases, the pile reinforcement decreases, and the number and length of anchor rods and the number and size of internal support members are also saved.

(3) Foundation pit floor: when the excavation depth of foundation pit is less than 1m, the water level of basement is also reduced by 1m, the water pressure is reduced by 10kn/m2, the load of foundation pit floor and foundation beam is reduced by 10kn/m2, and the reinforcement, section and waterproof grade are also reduced.
