Example 1:
Last week's math group study was over. I was lucky enough to listen to three teachers' lessons with multimedia. The first class is teacher Sun's class. She is talking about the third grade collocation. Throughout the class, we can see that Mr. Sun is well prepared and his learning tools are novel and diverse.
But it seems that the students are very smart, and the teacher didn't think of this, so the whole class is full of students saying that the teacher seems to be a decoration. Although students are the theme of the class, teachers are also guides. When we have a good class, we should also control the students. Generally speaking, this class is very successful, because the students have mastered the key points of this class.
The second class was interrupted by teacher Wu. The teacher spoke first, and then Mr. Wu found the problem and corrected it. It's interesting that the teacher creates situations from the beginning. She communicates with the children first and communicates with them as a friend. In the exchange, she talked about the rules and rewards of the class.
While the class was in progress, Mr. Wu came in. The teacher always said that she didn't reflect the students' state. Teacher Wu interrupted her class and gave guidance. I think this is a very helpful lesson, so that we can know our shortcomings quickly so that we can correct them later.
Although her language is vivid and easy to arouse students' interest, she completely forgets the leading role of students and fails to implement the principle that students should use their hands and brains.
The third is teacher Dong's class. He has a strong local accent and is a little nervous when introducing himself before class. But as soon as he started class, he got into the state immediately, and the classroom atmosphere was very good. It seems that the topic he is talking about is more knowledgeable, so there are few places for students to do things in a class. On the whole, it is a very successful class.
Example 2:
After listening to Ceng Laoshi's class, I learned a lot from it. The article "Acting Legend" takes "acting" as the clue and "legend" as the center. Therefore, I closely linked "play" and "masterpiece" in my teaching, and put forward a key problem that runs through the whole teaching.
Ceng Laoshi is a famous teacher, and he is indeed a teaching expert. Because the content of this text is not very profound, so in the text understanding, let students read with questions, so that students can understand their feelings in the reading process. In the process of teaching, I try my best to create opportunities, boldly let students express themselves, and let students truly realize that they are the masters of learning. In class, it not only gives students enough reading time, but also gives them enough thinking space.
Through reading aloud, students feel the dullness of language and get emotional sublimation. In this way, students can read books, taste, deepen their understanding, experience the pleasure of reading and the happiness of success.
When students understand the text, Ceng Laoshi takes the opportunity to let students read small materials and show pictures of microorganisms found before class, so that students can further understand the "greatness" of the famous tricks played by Levin Hook, thus generating admiration. Let students go beyond the text, beyond the text. After class, we found that most students can basically write out the process of playing and gain something. After the whole class, the classroom atmosphere is more relaxed, and students can master the content of the text smoothly.
Students read aloud, experience and sum up the reason why Levin Hooke played famous games, that is, he was good at observing and thinking during playing, and then he played famous games that shocked the world.
Ceng Laoshi's class is very successful, but Ceng Laoshi is not familiar with the students, and the cooperation between the students is not so tacit, which adds a little flaw to the perfection of this course. Today, I have made some reflections on my teaching methods and absorbed some new experiences. I hope I can apply the theory I have learned to practice and strive for room for improvement.
