1. If pressing the button provided above can't solve the problem or you can't find the button above, you still need to look down. In fact, NUM(NUMLOCK) on the keyboard means numeric keyboard lock. If you can't find the NUM key, you can also try to find SCROLL. Many notebook manufacturers often set the NUMLOCK key and SCROLL (scroll lock) as one key.

2. If you can't find the scroll key, you can try to find a key with a lock on the icon of the keyboard. Often there will be a number in this lock, which is actually a key to NUMLOCK. At the same time, press Fn+ to close the keyboard.

If you find the NUMLOCK key, but pressing Fn+NUMLOCK can't close the keypad, then you can try to see if the color of NUMLOCK key is the same as that of the control keys on the keyboard, such as Shift key.
