This activity was combined with district teaching and research activities, and I listened to three lessons in the primary school attached to Peking University: multiplication formula of 6, southeast and northwest, and learning through collocation. By listening to lectures and comparing my own teaching, I found the gap. For example, in the section of "multiplication formula of 6", our lesson preparation ideas and the design ideas of regional research courses have some common characteristics: they are all based on the multiplication formula of 2-5, but we have a lot of room for students in the design, which brings a difficult problem for teachers to embody the multiplication meaning in the multiplication formula of 6-9. Through activities, we have broadened our horizons, broadened our teaching ideas and made clear the direction of our future teaching efforts.
At the same time, I will send you the format of the pre-test before the students give lectures in the activities of the district teaching and research group, so that you can try to do it, so as to understand the actual level of the students and where the starting point of learning is. Existing problems:
1, systematic teaching and research is not enough. Although the two classes have a certain depth in the excavation of teaching materials this semester, they still feel lack of systematicness. If the teachers in the group can study a lesson systematically, they will have more insights, gains and improvements in the process of research. This lesson will also be enriched in the process of teachers' practice-reflection-re-practice, which will make it have a certain depth and thickness, thus making the research more effective.
2. How to guide students to observe the multiplication formula of 2-5, find out the rules from it and use the rules to learn the multiplication formula of 6-9, so as to cultivate students' organizational thinking, preliminary migration ability and reasoning ability is the key research content in teaching and research activities this semester. Under the leadership of Director Wang Lixin of our school, we did some research, and selected some good, medium and poor students from all classes in our school for pre-test, but this plan was not implemented because of immature consideration.
Ideas for next semester's activities:
