Due to blindness, Tang Hongxia had to leave her beloved podium in 2004 and went through medical retirement.

A breakthrough towards the light

The news of blindness caused by eye diseases spread like wildfire, and Tang Hongxia's classmates in Yancheng Normal University also got the news one after another. The students feel sorry for this, but they are also anxious about it. Hu contacted Yancheng Disabled Persons' Federation and highly recommended it.
Subsequently, leaders of the Disabled Persons' Federation of Yancheng City and Dongtai City went to Xinjie Town to understand the situation and immediately made a decision to recommend it to the Provincial Disabled Persons' Federation. The leaders of Xinjie Town Government came to encourage Tang Hongxia to coordinate and communicate, and solve the specific problems of participating in the training.
In July, 2006, recommended by Dongtai City and Yancheng Disabled Persons' Federation, Tang Hongxia joined the training team of Jiangsu Province preparing for the 7th Paralympic Games.
Finally, Tang Hongxia found a breakthrough in the darkness.
The confusion of haze reappearance

In May, 2007, Tang Hongxia, who participated in the Seventh National Paralympic Games and had the strength to hit the champion, won the runner-up in the shot put final. Although only the runner-up, it has reached the top three level in the World Championships, and Tang Hongxia was selected into the national training team to prepare for the Paralympic Games.
I didn't expect a bigger blow to come again
At the end of July, on the eve of preparing to participate in the World Games for the Blind, Tang Hongxia received a summons from the court again. Although the leaders of the National People's Congress, the government, the Education Bureau, the Women's Federation and their former colleagues have done a lot of work, despite her reluctance, her husband is determined to break up completely. This is the third lawsuit. Although she applied to the court to postpone the hearing and came back to deal with the marriage problem after the game, Tang Hongxia was in a particularly bad mood.
