1. Kaifeng University was founded on 1980. It is a full-time ordinary college approved by Henan Provincial People's Government, put on record by the Ministry of Education and sponsored by Kaifeng Municipal People's Government. It is located in Kaifeng City, Henan Province.

2. By 2022, the school will cover an area of 1.753 mu with a total construction area of about 432,900 square meters. It has 14 departments, 53 permanent specialties and 1 120 faculty members.

3. There are two subjects: undergraduate and junior college. Undergraduate course 4 years, junior college 3 years. History, Mathematics and Politics 1 class, 150 students are enrolled.
