South China Normal University is a 2 1 1 university. The school is a national "2 1 1 project" key construction university, a provincial university, an overall high-level university in Guangdong Province and a national "first-class discipline" construction university. The school has four campuses: Guangzhou Shipai, Guangzhou University Town, Foshan Nanhai and Shanwei.
