How to insert the formula of mathematical input panel in win8. 1 into word20 10?
Methods/steps

The function of "insert formula" in Word20 10 allows us to easily edit mathematical formulas in Word. First, open a blank document.

The Insert Formula function is located in the Symbol menu under the Insert tab. Click the formula button as shown in the figure (if you click the drop-down menu, select Insert New Formula), and the shortcut key is Alt+=.

As you can see, clicking the formula will enter the state of formula editing.

If you just insert a single score, click Score and choose the format you want. For example, enter "half", click on the score, select a format as shown in the figure, then click on the box above the score and enter "1", then click on the box below the score and enter "2".

Another example is to enter "half x MINUS one" (short picture content). Or click on the score, select a format, enter "x- 1" on the score line and "2" under the score line. However, we can find that the font of "X" in the score is not the style we want. At this point, just select the whole formula and select Italic in the Font menu on the Start tab.

Many times, it is not necessary to insert a single score. For example, if you want to insert a fraction into a formula, you need to enter "x+(x- 1)/2= 1".

At this time, we can click "Formula" and directly enter "x+". Then click on the score and choose a format. As shown in the figure, the format of the fraction appears after "x+", and the numerator and denominator are also input. Then position the cursor as shown in the figure, and then enter "= 1". Finally, select the whole equation and set it in italics.
