When teaching students to recognize and count, I use concrete images and some interesting stories to stimulate students' interest. As the saying goes, "if you are a teacher, you will believe in it." When the teacher stands on the podium with a smile, the kind words eliminate the students' nervousness and make their brains in an excited state, so they will actively participate in the whole process of learning. According to the age characteristics of junior students, some figurative sentences and personification sentences can also be used in teaching. For example, when teaching odd and even numbers, the numbers 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 … can be called "even babies" and the numbers 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 … can be called odd babies. Such lively and story-telling language students are willing to accept it, and the classroom atmosphere is lively and interesting.
Second, the use of intuitive teaching methods
Junior students have poor abstract thinking ability, but they are more active, curious and sensitive to novel and moving things. Therefore, in the classroom teaching of lower grades, teachers should design vivid, interesting and intuitive mathematics teaching activities according to the age characteristics and life experience of students, such as telling stories, playing games and simulating performances. , to stimulate students' interest in learning, so that students can understand and know mathematics knowledge in vivid and concrete situations. When teaching the counting order within 10, I designed a game of taking the train, first let the students queue up to buy tickets, and then find the corresponding car according to the numbers on the "train ticket". In this way, on the one hand, we know the order of numbers, and on the other hand, we have been educated in social life. Students have mastered the knowledge of mathematics in the game, which is entertaining.
Third, use math games to teach.
Pupils are curious, active and interested in games. In general, their attention can only be maintained for about 15 minutes. In teaching, if students are organized to learn mathematics knowledge through flexible game activities, they will have a stronger interest in learning and fix their attention on the object of study for a long time, so that teaching will receive better results, the classroom atmosphere will be full of fun, and the feelings between teachers and students will be integrated.
For example, when consolidating the concept of "time", clap your hands with students. The teacher clapped twice first, then twice and four times. Ask the students to answer that the second beat is several times that of the first beat. Then, teachers and students shoot each other as required, and then the classmates at the same table shoot each other. For example, when reviewing the "subtraction of decimals", students can play the game of "striving to be a model salesperson". The teacher holds the RMB in one hand and the price tag of the purchased goods in the other. Let the students work out the money they want to get back, write it in the exercise book, and judge the model salesperson after five times, thus prompting the students to further consolidate their knowledge.
