My opinion on improving the quality of junior high school mathematics classroom teaching
Wuzhishan Siyuan Experimental School Fu Abstract: Create a strong learning atmosphere and stimulate students' interest in learning; Use teaching AIDS as a medium to attract attention; Enhance students' confidence with emotional encouragement; Give priority to strengthening, supplemented by criticism and punishment; Key words: Interest in asking questions to strengthen the emotional motivation of teaching AIDS Suhomlinski said: Interest is the best teacher in learning, and anything rich in interest can arouse students' positive thinking, making them eager to learn and enjoy learning, which is the emotional expression of students' learning needs in mathematics. Interest is the internal motivation to promote students' learning, an important way for students to seek knowledge, and an important method commonly used by our math teachers in teaching. Therefore, in mathematics classroom teaching, our teachers can make students concentrate on listening and use their hands and brains at the same time, which requires teachers to appropriately stimulate students' interest in learning mathematics in classroom teaching. Suhomlinski also said: If a student doesn't even take a small step on the road to mastering knowledge, it is a useless lesson for him. Ineffective labor is the biggest potential danger that every teacher and student faces. Therefore, effective classroom is the unremitting pursuit of every educational practitioner. Of course, we are faced with a group of lively and lovely children who have no self-control. Their emotions are indulged and vented anytime and anywhere. For example, in my classroom teaching, it is not uncommon for students to doze off, whisper, dislike doing homework or be too active. How should I deal with such a lovely and stubborn child? How can I improve the quality of classroom teaching? I did spend some time in this respect, and the following are my superficial understandings: First, create a strong learning atmosphere and stimulate students' interest in learning. A class lasts only forty-five minutes, and our teacher always makes active use of every minute to explain in detail, for fear that students' incomplete understanding will affect the learning effect. Even so, students still doze off after each class, don't listen to the teacher, and can't apply the basic knowledge after class. Over time, the basic knowledge will get worse and worse, which will seriously affect the learning effect, lead to weariness of learning and decline in grades. For example, Wang Taikang was transferred to my class only last semester. I find that he is a very clever student, but he always sleeps in my math class. I once severely criticized and educated him, but it didn't work, but it affected the progress of the whole class. So, I thought he would go to bed only if he was not interested in math class. Later, I found that he was sleepy in every class, which caused him to lose interest in mathematics. In view of this, I will start from two aspects: on the one hand, I will try my best to adjust the classroom atmosphere every time I attend class, because if I study in a positive atmosphere, the students' emotions will be infected by the people around me; On the other hand, I often ask him questions by answering questions or doing problems on the blackboard to refresh my mind and concentrate. In this way, after a period of training, he no longer loves to doze off in class, but also can concentrate on listening in class and improve his academic performance. Therefore, I believe that as long as we have the right methods, are willing to work hard and make unremitting efforts, we will surely awaken students' sleeping brains, make more effective use of the effective time in class and improve their academic performance. Second, use teaching AIDS as a medium to attract attention. I think the most important educational purpose in the classroom is to ignite the spark of children's curiosity. However, students sometimes don't listen carefully in class and always mumble, which will not only affect their own learning effect, but also affect other students' learning and even destroy the normal classroom order. In order to change the above state, classroom teaching and teaching AIDS can be said to be indispensable good helpers. Reasonable use of teaching AIDS can not only make the classroom more colorful, but also attract students' attention, stimulate students' interest in learning, and make them devote themselves to learning happiness, thus eliminating the phenomenon of whispering. Therefore, I often use intuitive and appropriate graphics, charts and languages, and use media and other tools to liberate students from passive learning. By using brain, hands, eyes and mouth, let students participate in the classroom, really make the classroom come alive, fully tap students' imagination, observation, expressiveness and hands-on ability, and improve students' thinking ability in images. For example, when teaching the nature of parallel lines, you can use teaching AIDS to guide the focus of this lesson; Also, when teaching "Understanding Graphics", I prepared various graphics molds, which can attract students' attention well. In addition, when teaching plane tessellation, it is mainly to let students know which regular polygons can be tessellated and which regular polygons cannot be tessellated. I prepared regular triangle, regular quadrangle, regular pentagon and regular hexagon molds for this class, and put them in the hands of students at each table so that every student can participate in classroom teaching. Making full use of teaching AIDS can make students intuitively perceive and operate what they have learned, make new knowledge difficult and abstract concrete. Therefore, as long as we take it seriously and skillfully use teaching AIDS, we can not only make students' hearts return to the classroom, but also make learning more enjoyable! Third, use emotional encouragement to enhance students' confidence in doing homework. In daily teaching, we all meet students who have not finished their homework. As a result, what they learned that day could not be consolidated in time. Over time, the knowledge points are forgotten. Students' study will also become very difficult and their academic performance will get worse and worse. Then our teachers should have some perseverance, patience and perseverance to these students who don't like to do homework, and help them improve themselves better through correct educational methods. Students need love, care and encouragement, so for those students who don't like doing homework. We should give them encouragement and support, stimulate their self-confidence, and thus gain the motivation to do their homework. In my opinion, only when students fully trust the teacher can they listen to the teacher and pay attention to the homework assigned by the teacher. For example, two students, Wang Yongpeng and Wang, need to finish their homework under the supervision and encouragement of their teachers every time, otherwise they will not do their own homework. Therefore, encouragement is the key to open students' psychological and emotional doors. Encouraging language can enhance students' self-confidence, participation and autonomy. As the saying goes, practice makes perfect. I often explain the key and difficult knowledge to them again and again until they master these knowledge points. And I will try to set aside time in each class for them to preview new knowledge and consolidate old knowledge in order to achieve teaching goals. Therefore, for those students who don't like doing homework, teachers must establish a good relationship between teachers and students, provide them with a harmonious learning atmosphere, and make them feel that if they don't do their homework well, they will be sorry for their trust and care. Fourth, focus on strengthening, supplemented by criticism and punishment. In the process of classroom teaching, some students often can't concentrate on their studies, or make small moves or look around. In the face of these distracted students, teachers should give full care so that they can study and live like other students. In teaching, students who lack attention and are hyperactive are different from other students. It is not enough to change their learning behavior only by ordinary praise or encouragement. Praise or encouragement can't change these students' learning behavior, only reinforcement (reward) can make them change. These strengthening activities are the best activities that students like. For example, I will use the privilege in class as strengthening. Teacher Huang Ge is a typical ADHD student. Not only did he not concentrate on his study in my math class, but so did he in other classes. Even in some outdoor activities, he always finds it difficult to concentrate. In order to make him concentrate in class, I not only ask him more questions, but also authorize him to sit and answer questions every time in my math class, so that he can be treated differently from other students. I paid him in this way; Besides, as long as he finishes his homework on time, I will praise him in front of the whole class. While educating these students with rewards, teachers can criticize their inattention and let them concentrate on their studies better. When criticizing them verbally, the teacher's criticism should be specific and put forward specific requirements for specific misconduct. This criticism should follow the misconduct of students. At the same time, teachers should also consider their self-esteem when criticizing these inattentive students. When criticizing and blaming, the tone should be concise, calm and euphemistic, and the eyes should be in contact with the students. If possible, you can criticize in private. Therefore, teachers should correctly understand and evaluate ADHD students, treat their behaviors realistically from a scientific perspective, accurately understand their psychological and physiological characteristics, help them with love and patience, and make them study normally like other students, thus improving their academic performance. In short, a teacher's words, a look, a gesture and an action will give students a different profound understanding and experience. It is every teacher's unshirkable responsibility to let students concentrate on their studies in class and let each student gain something in every class. Therefore, teachers should treat students sincerely, communicate with students on an equal footing, and stimulate students' thirst for knowledge, so as to improve classroom efficiency and achieve classroom goals.
