Because schools in Nova Scotia adopt a grade system, they are not called Grade One and Grade Two, but Grade Ten, Grade Eleven and Grade Twelve instead.
There are six classes from A to F in each grade, and there are generally six to seven Canadian teachers in each grade. Generally speaking, except for English class, one foreign teacher is responsible for all other subjects, and two foreign teachers are responsible for English. And each course is equipped with one or two Chinese tutors.

At the end of the tenth grade, that is, the first year of high school, the school will divide classes according to the students' willingness to declare and their math scores in the tenth grade. If you are willing to study calculus in the twelfth grade and do well in mathematics, you will be divided into Class A and Class B in the eleventh and twelfth grades. At present, the international department adopts the semester system, that is, three courses are completed in the first half of the school year and the other three courses are completed in the second half of the school year.
