In early February, online teaching officially began. The head teachers of the two classes I took recommended the corresponding learning software to the students, from "Central Video" to "deskmate 100" and then to "Hubei Education Cloud". In order to understand the content of online courses and guide students conveniently, I also downloaded them one by one. Through the comparison of several softwares, I found that the first volume of "Central Video" in the seventh grade is too much and not suitable. "deskmate 100" and "Hubei education cloud" are both video software suitable for students to watch and learn. At first, some students' parents were not skilled in network operation, and they encountered many problems, such as the platform could not be accessed, or they logged in and didn't know how to operate it. At this time, the parents' WeChat group was particularly lively, and everyone raised questions. The class teacher patiently guided. I also silently watched the class teacher's answer and learned how to operate these softwares. Parents ask me privately, and I will answer patiently, so that they can complete the operation smoothly and let students enter the network to learn video courses.
In order to facilitate students' study, I passed the links of electronic textbooks to parents and students. The hardest thing about online learning is persistence in learning!
Second, the preliminary test, timely feedback
Chinese has high requirements for reciting and memorizing ancient poems. Basically, every paper has translations of ancient poems and classical Chinese sentences, and the second volume of the seventh grade must also have necessary ancient poems, so I began to arrange students to read Chinese early every day.
At first, the task of punching in early reading was completed by a group of 22 students in my class. The first text to be recited in the seventh Chinese class is Sun Quan's "Persuade Learning". Considering that classical Chinese is obscure and difficult to recite, and online teaching has not learned this lesson, if students recite it directly, it is difficult to recite it by memory. "Everything is difficult at the beginning." I can't let students not "catch a cold" about "punching in" at the beginning, so I began to let them recite ancient poems in textbooks. Considering that many students don't have textbooks, I give the group screenshots of what I want to recite, and make clear the requirements of reciting and dictation. Students send out videos of reciting and memorizing ancient poems to complete the task of issuing cards. In the evening, I sort it out regularly and give feedback to my parents in time.
I was still very nervous on the first day, fearing that my parents wouldn't cooperate, that my students wouldn't recite, and that no one would respond. But it turns out that I think too much. On the first day, among the 22 students, 10 students handed in their homework. For those students who didn't hand in their homework, I asked their parents one by one, some of them contacted by WeChat, some by phone, and I also answered their feedback questions in time. For example, a parent said that the child was shy, unwilling to make videos and refused to recite ancient poems. I began to enlighten my parents. I can shoot his silent video to show my side face. Now I'm shy. After school starts, I will wake him up to answer questions in every class. Finally, my parents compromised and said they would send it to me separately. Since then, the student has also completed the morning reading task on time and sent it to me privately.
Timely feedback is really important. I will post in the group every day how many people handed in their homework today, how many people didn't hand in their homework and which students didn't. I will listen to my homework carefully, and if I have incorrect pronunciation, I will give it back to my students and parents in time, and often urge them to complete the task.
We should also give timely feedback to parents' questions. Some parents say that children are in a bad temper, and parents will communicate with their parents if they don't carry me. People say that students only listen to teachers, so I communicate with students.
Chapter 5: Personal work of epidemic prevention and control teachers summed up the sudden epidemic, which made our online class last 10 days. The whole country uses this method-staying at home and studying online. According to the requirements of the CPC Central Committee, the epidemic situation is an order, and prevention and control is a responsibility. Under the deployment of the leaders of our municipal bureau and school, the teachers quickly became familiar with the new teaching methods. In the early exploration, teachers also hit a wall everywhere. After repeated on-screen discussions among the leaders, the teachers finally decided to use nailing software to teach. The Municipal Bureau appointed some backbone teachers, teaching experts and excellent class teachers to prepare lessons carefully, and the students attended classes on time. I was deeply impressed by the teachers' detailed explanations and outstanding difficulties. The recent work is summarized as follows:

Teachers should preview in advance before class, prepare lessons and make PPT by themselves. Fifteen minutes before the start of the online class, students can report in an orderly manner. The teacher kept urging the students who didn't report before class and told them to take notes in class.
Second, ensure the classroom effect.
For most students, the class size of a class is still a big challenge. Because of the online teaching mode, the teacher's class is still prepared for most students, satisfying and adapting to the rhythm of most students, and the classroom explanation is particularly detailed, which is worth learning by our front-line teachers. Because of the large number of students, the characteristics used in English learning science can't play a very good role, but for students with self-discipline and strong concentration, such classes are perfect. In the second implementation class, the teacher will supplement the relevant knowledge and discuss the key and difficult parts of the last class knowledge according to the students' situation in his class and the content of the online class, and connect them randomly. One is to check the learning situation of online courses, and the other is to check whether students are reciting carefully. Most children can listen to the class carefully, but only a few students can't effectively participate in classroom activities because of poor network and power failure. Teachers have been discussing classroom implementation, but the methods are always not so effective, and it is uncertain whether the students on the other side of the screen are absent.
Third, after-school homework check
For this part of the homework, most students in each class will implement it in time according to the content of the class and hand in the homework. I believe that students have mastered most of the situation, but for the implementation part, only the key knowledge part or the students with strong understanding ability can be determined. In the process of checking homework, many students took notes neatly and answered questions actively. The early bird catches the worm. As long as they insist on finishing their tasks on time every day, I believe a large number of students can learn with ease.

Network teaching has brought benefits to teachers and students, but it also has many shortcomings, such as homework inspection and knowledge implementation.
