It's almost ten years since I set foot in xx. In the past ten years, I have successfully completed the transformation of my social role, from a student to a qualified middle school teacher and then to a growing primary school teacher. In the new school year, I won the second and third prizes of the excellent course of junior high school mathematics in Zibo and the first prize of the excellent thesis of junior high school mathematics in Zibo, which made my classroom teaching develop by leaps and bounds, strengthened my scientific research consciousness and improved my scientific research ability to some extent. During xx years, I began to teach primary school mathematics. In the past two years, we have made great efforts to realize the transformation from middle school mathematics teachers to primary school mathematics teachers, actively participated in the evaluation of high-quality courses and learning tools in primary school mathematics classes, wrote primary school mathematics teaching papers, educational narratives and educational cases, and made primary school mathematics teaching courseware, and achieved initial results. With the support of school leaders and the help of colleagues, I was named as a candidate for primary school mathematics in High-tech Zone. With my continuous growth, I feel that my pace of development is slowly slowed down by various constraints and restrictions. How can we broaden our development space? I think we must find our own shortcomings and prescribe the right medicine. First of all, I feel very relaxed about myself in my study, which leads me to lose my development direction. Secondly, due to lack of study and thinking in work, it is impossible to work creatively. At the same time, the lack of study has also caused the lack of solid theoretical foundation and theoretical accumulation, and I dare not write articles, which makes my special research mostly stay at the practical level and cannot be promoted to the theoretical level.
Second, development goals.
Establish the concept of lifelong learning, pay close attention to every minute of learning, make learning a domestic demand, improve teachers' morality, enrich knowledge structure and strengthen theoretical foundation through learning; At work, actively participate in the reform and practice of educational research, and actively explore new classroom teaching from the height of students' life development; In practice, we should constantly explore, feel and reflect, always remind ourselves to work with our brains and gradually become a research-oriented, pioneering and all-round teacher.
Third, the specific implementation plan
1, read more, accumulate in reading, reflect in reading, and grow in reading.
(1), read two monographs on education and teaching: effective teaching and suggestions for teachers;
(2) Read the newspapers "Mathematics Teaching in Primary Schools", "Science Teaching in Primary Schools", "Shandong Education" and "Guide to Modern Education".
According to my own reading situation, I write reading reflections and reading essays, accumulate theoretical knowledge of education and teaching, and enrich teaching experience, so as to better guide my own teaching and form my own unique teaching style.
2. Be good at thinking, exploring and understanding in practice.
We must persist in working with our brains and strive to achieve it.
Reflect on yesterday and grow stronger in reflection;
Look at today's screening in the exam;
Look forward to tomorrow and innovate in the future.
Always combine work with thinking, work in thinking, think in work and work creatively.
3. Improvement of practice.
(1), carefully read each issue of "Zibo Education Curriculum Reform Newsletter" and "Mathematics Teaching in Primary Schools", and accumulate the first-hand information of special research in time.
(2) Seriously sum up personal growth experience in time and write a teaching essay of at least 800 words every week.
(3) By writing a thesis, I promoted my special research from the practical level to the theoretical level. Continuously improve the quality of papers, and publish at least 1 high-level educational and teaching research articles in official journals above the municipal level.
(4) This year, I taught at the district level 1 section and exchanged learning with excellent teachers.
(5), combined with education and teaching practice, there are clear research topics, and regularly summarize the research results.
(6) To undertake the training task of young teachers with 1 above in the whole region, actively guide the trainees to establish the awareness of being ahead of the times and demonstrating, and help young teachers improve their teaching quality.
