First, strengthen business study and improve teachers' understanding of playing teaching AIDS.
Kindergarten self-made teaching aid is a kind of teaching or teaching aid for teachers to collect, classify, process, transform and combine various natural resources and materials according to the needs of education and children's development, and re-make toys. In the past, teachers made their own teaching AIDS for the purpose of completing tasks. As a result, the teacher only passively made a few toys, and the works often lacked pertinence, education, innovation, safety and exquisiteness. In this regard, our park has carried out kindergarten-based training. Through training, teachers in our garden realize that self-made teaching AIDS have unique value for children's development. Compared with commercial toys, self-made teaching AIDS have unique values and characteristics such as timeliness, pertinence, flexibility and appeal. For example, teachers can set the size of toys according to the size of class space, decide the number of toys to be made according to children's needs, and correct teaching AIDS in time according to children's conditions to achieve the best use effect. As a result, teachers' ideas have changed a lot.
Second, go out and introduce to broaden the design ideas of teachers playing teaching AIDS.
In order to let teachers understand the characteristics of self-made teaching AIDS more intuitively, enrich the design ideas of teachers in making teaching AIDS, broaden their horizons and stimulate their creative inspiration. Our teacher visited and learned from other gardens many times and brought back many new materials and pictures. Organize teachers to watch the seminar, and discuss the educational functions of playability, safety, innovation and exquisite durability of playing teaching AIDS many times, so that teachers can constantly reflect and improve in the seminar and strengthen their design ability. For example, the fruit platter made in our garden was inspired by the toy zodiac made of pulp when the teacher visited and played with teaching AIDS. When I came back, I used waste newspapers to make fruit platters with my children. The children liked them very much.
Third, design and play teaching AIDS in educational practice.
Most of the self-made teaching AIDS in our garden have clear learning contents and development goals, which can be used in science, language, music, health and other educational fields. In science education activities, the design of various intuitive teaching AIDS is helpful to show abstract scientific principles and help children perceive and understand scientific truth. For example, in "Fun Runway", the teacher used cotton, rough, stone and smooth surfaces in the production of teaching AIDS, so that children can understand the relationship between friction and speed in racing competitions, which can not only help children perceive racing cars, but also help them develop their thinking ability.
In mathematics education activities, intuitive alternative design can help children learn the concept of number. For example, playing the teaching aid "puzzle maze" is the maze in children's picture books. Teachers add different educational contents and play different roles according to children's age characteristics, which embodies the versatility of playing teaching AIDS. In other words, children in large, middle and small classes can play games according to their own needs. For example, children can walk in the order of 15 when playing in small classes, 1 10 when playing in middle classes, and even or numerical when playing in large classes. After constant communication, reflection and summary, teachers in our school have made great innovations in the structural design of playing teaching AIDS. For example, the multifunctional wisdom tree made by teachers integrates knowledge, operability, interest, universality and appreciation, which deepens children's understanding of numbers and addition and subtraction, and then guides them through stories to make children's learning more interesting.
