Question 1: Columns can be used. Steps: First, complete the text input of the candidate information column, select the content to be divided into columns and color it black. WORD2003, menu: Format/Column, select "Left, 2 Columns" in the column window, adjust the number of blank lines, and adjust the position.

If you don't want to see the columns on the next page, black out the parts that don't need columns, enter the menu/format/column, and select the number of columns as 1.

After entering all the texts, select some texts that need to be divided into columns. From the menu: Format/Column, select "Left, 2 Columns" in the column window, adjust the number of blank rows and adjust the position.
