Feelings about mathematics
My undergraduate major is theoretical physics, so mathematics has always been a compulsory course. Although I changed careers later, I still have a deep understanding of the beauty of mathematics.

The most beautiful part of mathematics should be fractal (fractal dimension), not empty and abstract ideological beauty, but real visual beauty.

It is generally believed that we live in a three-dimensional space, plus at most a half-dimensional time, but fractal theory holds that the dimension of our universe is not an integer dimension, but a fractal dimension. For example, the coastline is a curve. We usually think that the coastline is one-dimensional, but in fact the dimension of this curve is between one and two dimensions. Our common snowflakes and trees are typical patterns of fractal dimension.

The beauty of mathematics is mainly symmetry, such as positive and negative numbers, plus and minus signs, real and imaginary numbers, rational and irrational numbers and so on. Physical science not only depends on mathematical tools in many aspects, but also is inspired by mathematics, such as positive and negative charges, action and reaction, matter and antimatter. ?

Mathematics is a science that people observe, compare, analyze, synthesize, summarize, judge and reason things in the process of thinking development. With the evolution of human thinking, from shallow to deep, from simple to complex. Many ways of thinking have been developed, including (transformation, reverse, correspondence, innovation, analogy, overall thinking, image thinking) and so on. Mathematics is connected with inertia in logical thinking and reasoning, and its origin and essence must be understood in learning. Flexible use, clever calculation, different methods to achieve the same result. As long as the foundation is mastered, it is not difficult to deepen the process. Apply what you have learned, no matter which method you use to solve the problem, you can work out the result.

From what I have said, I deeply feel the extensive application of mathematics. Use mathematics to develop mechanical engineering, network engineering, micro-computing, construction engineering, finance, commerce and so on. In short, the role of mathematics is applied to every living environment and the development of high technology, including all walks of life. All these make me not only feel the beauty of mathematics, but also feel the shock and innovation of mathematics to the world.
