In high school, we often see the phenomenon that some children study from morning till night, but their grades are still average, while some children study for a short time every day, but their grades are excellent.

Is the difference between these two kinds of children due to the IQ gap? Actually, it's not. According to my teaching experience of nearly 20 years, the biggest difference between these two children is actually their learning efficiency. Some students can review what they have learned in one hour, while some children can't even do a problem in one hour.

Everything is established in advance, and it is abolished if it is not foreseen. Blind study will only waste our study time. So before you study, you must make a feasible study plan.

When making a plan, we must make it according to our own learning characteristics and lifestyle, and strictly implement it when implementing it.

After a period of time, you should test the effect of your plan. If the effect is not good, we should reflect on it in time and modify the study plan. Only by sticking to the plan and constantly adjusting can we find a study plan that really suits us.

When you make a plan and seriously implement it for a period of time, you will find that self-discipline and learning have become a part of your habits, and you don't need to deliberately implement it, so the efficiency will naturally become higher.

In the process of studying in high school, if you want to lay a good foundation and improve your grades, you must master the correct learning steps. According to my years of teaching experience, I have summarized four learning steps, namely:

Therefore, if the first two years should be used to learn knowledge and lay a foundation, then a round of review is your last chance to achieve a perfect counterattack from senior two to senior three. If you don't grasp it, it will be difficult to improve your grades in the future.

① High-level teachers and courses

As mentioned above, the focus of a round of review should be to lay a good foundation and establish a knowledge system, but few teachers can realize this in the process of actual study in schools. This is actually a problem left over from history, because in previous years, the college entrance examination questions were not necessarily based on the knowledge system, and you could score by brushing the questions, so most teachers didn't pay much attention to them. Nowadays, the knowledge system is an indispensable and extremely important part-otherwise, you can't write it in the changeable questions of the new college entrance examination.

In order to form a complete knowledge system of a subject, it is necessary to dig deep into the connection between knowledge and test sites, weave these subtle connections from point to surface with a lot of time and experience, and weave scattered test sites into a network. It is difficult for many teachers who have only three to five years of short teaching experience. If you are a senior high school student, especially a senior three student, you actually don't have the time and ability to do it by yourself.

Therefore, before a round of review begins, you should first find a good teacher who can help you sort out your knowledge, establish a system in the subject you choose, and have been deeply involved in this subject for many years.

A good teacher, through a unique curriculum system, can help students understand the relationship between topics and knowledge in essence through questions, knowledge connections and knowledge structure in the shortest time, so that students can gain the ability to draw inferences from others.

2 build self-confidence.

Many children enter the third year of high school, and their grades are very unsatisfactory. Even many people can't even reach 300 points. They often lose confidence in themselves and think that they can't go to college. Many of my former classmates also had this problem. How do they build self-confidence?

In fact, many students' overall scores are based on the score of a single subject, because they have made a breakthrough in one subject, established a good self-confidence, made you feel that you can still do it, and made others look at you with new eyes, so that they have the motivation to conquer other subjects.

Therefore, at the beginning of a round of review, we should focus on subjects with less difficulty and faster scores.

Of the six subjects in the comprehensive examination of science, physics is the most difficult to score, and the vertical difficulty of physics is relatively large, which is easy to bring frustration, followed by Chinese, which needs to be accumulated, so it is difficult to score in a short time.

The subjects with the least difficulty and the fastest score are chemistry and biology, followed by mathematics and English. Therefore, children who want to achieve a counterattack in a round of review should work harder and pay more in these subjects. Most students can improve their grades to more than 85 points according to my learning method.

③ Scientific learning methods

"The master leads the door, and the practice depends on the individual." With a good teacher to help you build a knowledge system, how can you better absorb classroom knowledge and then transform it into your academic ability?

This seems simple, but it is actually the most difficult point. Many students overestimate their self-control and think that they will study hard if they make up their minds, but the fact is that I teach senior three 18, and few students can study efficiently by their own efforts, which is really hard to get. The knowledge at this stage of high school is already very difficult for your parents. Their supervision may only look at whether you are studying or not, but it can't provide you with the necessary help.

So you need not only supervision, but also people who can supervise your study and help you solve your study problems-your class teacher and teaching assistant. Many students think that it is good to see the teacher's level in online class, but it is not. The supervision of the class teacher and the teaching assistant is as important as the class.
