How to guide students in the reading process is very important for teachers. So how to teach Chinese reading in primary schools? Let's see:
How to teach Chinese reading in primary schools well
First, stimulate interest and cultivate habits.
Interest is the direct driving force for students to learn. Stimulate students' interest in reading, make students like reading, feel the pleasure of reading and develop good reading habits. Stimulate interest and guide reading appropriate materials according to students' cognitive characteristics in different periods. In the fourth grade, you can read some narrative works and excellent poems that are both literary and aesthetic. For example, the narrative of the fourth grade is Luye Boat. This article tells the story of playing reeds as a child in a child's tone.
Beautiful language, close to the description of children's world, connects students' hearts with children's hearts in the text. Experience beauty through reading: the beauty of the place to play, the beauty of the toys to play, and the beauty of the process to play; Experience joy: childhood is full of joy. In this way, I became interested in reading the text and stimulated my reading interest. As for reading habits, the school library is class lending day every Tuesday. I asked them to borrow their favorite reading materials and write down their reflections on them to cultivate good reading habits.
Second, teach students the basic skills and methods of reading and cultivate their ability.
In order to improve students' reading efficiency, teachers must combine reading teaching and purposefully teach students relevant reading methods. According to different grades, teach them different methods and skills. For middle school students, we should adopt the method of demonstration reading, let them listen to the teacher and learn the natural pause, tone and punctuation pause time of sentences. Then read freely, with individual guidance from teachers and reading in groups and classes.
For example, in the teaching process of Song of the Stream, through the guidance of demonstration reading, free reading and recitation, students not only mastered the speed of speech, natural pause, cadence, but also had a good feeling, especially what Xiaoxi said, which was educated in the process of reading, and also realized the beauty of the text itself, thus cultivating students' interest in reading. For senior students, reading is not only limited to cultivating interest, but more importantly, it has a * * * sound with the author. This requires different reading methods, such as reading aloud, silently, intensively, skimming and browsing. But they have different styles and need the guidance of teachers.
Third, pay attention to experience. Development personality
In reading teaching, students should be encouraged to talk about their unique feelings and experiences. As the saying goes, "A thousand readers have a thousand Hamlets. For the same text, students at different levels have different feelings and experiences. " "Curriculum Standards" points out: "Reading is a personalized behavior of students, and students' unique feelings, experiences and understanding should be cherished. "This requires teachers to encourage students to make personalized responses to reading content, such as responding to their favorite parts of the text and establishing questions that they think are particularly important. Instead of standardizing students' reading comprehension with standardized interpretation, we should guide them to actively discover, construct and even create meaning.
For example, when teaching Jingyanggang, at the end of the article, Song Wu said, "It's getting dark. If another big bug jumps out, how can we fight? " Some students put forward that "the full text mainly focuses on the amazing story of Song Wu killing tigers, leaving an image of fearlessness, courage and generosity." His fear of tigers was written at the end. Will this damage the image of the hero who fights tigers? At this time, teachers need to guide students to explore, dispel doubts and deepen their unique feelings.
Students also explore through immersive reading experience and group cooperation. Some students think that Song Wu was exhausted after killing the tiger with his bare hands. Of course, he didn't meet the tiger again, so it is reasonable to write at the end. Some people think that the paper focuses on the struggle between Song Wu and the tiger, showing Song Wu's bravery, resourcefulness and fearlessness, and the ending is slightly written, which has nothing to do with the overall situation; Some people think that this writing contradicts the three psychological activities of Song Wu mentioned above, which is not good ... It is very good to consider it in connection with the full text.
Is there a contradiction at the end? Students realize the seemingly contradictory through repeated reading, but it is completely in line with common sense, because Song Wu must be a man of flesh and blood, and his strength cannot be inexhaustible, which is more in line with reality. Therefore, it is very important to encourage students to talk about their unique feelings and experiences in the reading guidance class, which is another way to realize the curriculum standards.
Fourth, encourage students to read creatively from different angles.
German aesthetician Hans Robert Jauss believes that "literary works are lifeless, but readers' reading endows them with infinite meaning". It can be seen that reading is a creative process. In reading teaching, we should give children a free sky, let them read the text flexibly, and constantly find and ask questions. For example, when studying "Borrowing Arrows from Grass Boat", a classmate asked a very interesting question after reading the text. He said that the word "borrow" in the title was not used properly, because we borrowed other people's things in our daily habits and had to pay them back when we used them up. However, Zhuge Liang borrowed 100,000 arrows from Cao Cao without Cao Cao's consent and refused to return them. Therefore, the title of the text should not be "grass boat borrows arrows", but "grass boat cheats arrows". Then why does the text borrow arrows from grass boats? By consulting extracurricular books and reading the text many times, the students all think it is more appropriate to borrow grass boats to shoot arrows. Because in the "Battle of Red Cliffs" I learned before, we can know that 100,000 arrows borrowed by Zhuge Liang were indeed returned to Cao Cao in that battle, but in a wonderful way. It can be seen that creative questioning will arouse students' strong desire to read.
