At the same time, the school actively organized teachers to go to Jinling Middle School, Huiwen School, Nantong tianyi middle school, Nantong Tianjiabing Middle School and other famous schools to learn the management concepts and methods of class teachers.

Abundant teaching resources: Lishui Jinling Middle School joined universities to explore the mechanism and methods of cultivating top-notch innovative talents, successfully applied for the key project of the Ministry of Education "Research on the Path and Mechanism of Cultivating Top-notch Innovative Talents in University High Schools under the New Development Concept", cooperated with Nanjing University in "Associate Doctor Training Station" and "Southern Big Classroom", and cooperated with Southeast University in "Future Excellent Engineer Training Base" and "Wu Jianxiong Class" and other projects.
