The meager salary of teachers makes many people hesitate to join the job. Although the state has made great efforts to improve teachers' salaries in recent years, due to the complex national conditions, the economic development in different regions is quite different, and the salary level of compulsory education teachers in different regions is quite different. The monthly salary of compulsory education teachers in many backward and remote areas is only two or three thousand yuan. For example, an editing teacher who just joined a primary school in Guangxi exposed his salary in September on the online platform.
