We can describe the evaluation index of experts in the past from two aspects: evaluating the project situation and obtaining the project situation, and give the calculation formula of the evaluation index. Then, by constructing the two-dimensional coordinate evaluation map of the evaluation expert level, the candidate evaluation experts are preliminarily screened; On this basis, an expert level evaluation method based on TOPSIS is given.
