After buying, my mother and I went to the cashier to line up. As I walked, I counted how much I spent today: 3.5 times 2 equals 7, 7 plus 0.5 times 4 equals 9 ... I went to the cash register and just finished counting: I spent 12 yuan today. It seems that what I learned in math class is still very useful!
