The National Unified Entrance Examination for Postgraduates, referred to as "Postgraduate Entrance Examination" for short, is an entrance examination for undergraduate graduates, undergraduate graduates and students with the same academic ability in colleges and universities, similar to the college entrance examination for high school graduates entering universities.
It consists of the initial examination and re-examination organized by the national examination department and the enrollment unit. Postgraduate entrance examination is the main channel for university graduates to obtain master's and doctoral degrees. Participants in the postgraduate examination must comply with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education's "General Rules for Enrollment of Postgraduate Entrance Examination".
The preliminary examination of the national postgraduate entrance examination in 2023 is scheduled for February 24-25, 2022 12, and a few subjects with special requirements such as three hours or using sketchpad are scheduled for February 26 12.
The postgraduate entrance examination is introduced as follows:
Public subjects such as ideological and political theory for postgraduate entrance examination, foreign languages, college mathematics, etc. are put forward by the whole country, and specialized courses are mainly put forward by the enrollment units themselves (joining the national unified examination of schools). Postgraduate enrollment methods are divided into full-time and part-time. There are two training modes: academic master and professional master.
The requirements for the selection of postgraduate entrance examinations vary with different levels, regions, disciplines and majors. The national line for postgraduate entrance examination is divided into two categories: A and B, in which the A line is implemented in one category and the B line is implemented in the second category.
The first district includes: Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Shanxi, Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Fujian, Jiangxi, Shandong, Henan, Hubei, Hunan, Guangdong, Chongqing, Sichuan and Shaanxi. The second district includes Inner Mongolia, Guangxi, Hainan, Guizhou, Yunnan, Tibet, Gansu, Qinghai, Ningxia and Xinjiang.
Basic course: Mathematical or professional foundation. A specialized courses (divided into 13 categories): philosophy, economics, law, education, literature, history, science, engineering, agriculture, medicine, military science, management, art, etc. The total score of the postgraduate entrance examination is 500, the political score 100, the English score 100, the basic score of mathematics or major 150, and the professional course score 150.
