Quiet means to be single-minded when studying, calm down and devote yourself to learning, and avoid being half-hearted when studying. For example, when your deskmate is doing his homework, he suddenly pops out, "What do you eat tonight?" This is a typical performance of not settling down to study. Silence means not only the body, but also the mind, so that we can devote ourselves wholeheartedly to what we want to do.
Thinking, of course, is paying attention to thinking. Learning is not sitting there all day with a book and a pen. On the contrary, many students who do this often fail to learn well, while some students can do well in the exam without studying much every day. The reason is that these students pay attention to thinking. For example, when going to dinner, it is enough to think of a small question on the way to the canteen. Therefore, learning is not limited to that small desk. We should jump out and stand at a higher height. Any thinking related to learning can be regarded as learning. So some students learn easily, because they don't spend all their time on desks, but use a lot of free time to think. If thinking time is included, in fact, their study time is not less than that of other students. We should not only study, but also think hard about everything!
Good means that you must be careful in your study. Read carefully and be good at asking questions. If you don't find any mistakes when reading the textbook, it is often not a sign of learning well. On the contrary, it is a sign of not studying hard and thinking hard. We must be careful in the exam. As soon as the test paper was issued, some students shouted that there were many mistakes that should not be made. Yes, these mistakes are not caused by their carelessness. Such mistakes seem low-level, but if you don't pay attention, they will happen every exam!
Efficiency, of course, is about learning efficiency. It takes less time to do the same thing with others, so that you can have other time to do more things than others, because everyone has only so much time. I usually study according to the process of previewing before class, listening carefully in class, finishing homework and reviewing in time after class, and summarizing regularly. Preview can make the class targeted. Listening carefully in class can avoid spending a lot of time studying what the teacher says in class. Homework and review after class consolidate knowledge and prevent what you have learned from being easily forgotten. And I think the most important part of learning is summing up. The teacher said the same thing in class, and so did the homework. Why is everyone's grades so different in the end? I think it's a summary. Regular summary reflects my unique understanding and thinking about knowledge. For example, the side approval of reading at ordinary times, the correction of test papers and the generalization of the same topic can all be regarded as a summary. We must be good at summing up, making more associations and putting many related things together in our study, which is often helpful for memory and review.
The above four points are my learning methods, which actually reflect my learning quality. The so-called learning quality refers to the thinking quality shown in learning. In this way, our learning methods are not limited to learning. I have developed good learning quality and thinking habits, and I can benefit from whatever I do in the future.
