Reflections on the Exhibition and Evaluation of Excellent Classes in Hubei Province (1)
In this warm late autumn, the exhibition and evaluation of excellent lessons in Hubei Good Classroom Primary School was held in Yichang City. With the strong support of school leaders and colleagues, I won the opportunity to study at home.

I remember that in the first year of work, I was still in Tianmen Jianghan School, and the leader sent me to Xiangyang to participate in the class evaluation activities of Hubei excellent English courses. At that time, it was also an eye-opener and full of gains. Only four years later, apart from two live photos in the space, I can't find any memory of learning myself. Today, I feel regret and remorse when I think about it. "Learning without thinking is useless, and thinking without learning is dangerous." This is the real lesson of this sentence.

So, make up your mind to record the thoughts and feelings of this activity. Perhaps superficial and immature, but it didn't convey your meaning. At least in the next five years, or a few years, when you are lucky enough to participate in such a large-scale activity, you will understand the similarities.

Division with remainder, taught by Shen Ni, a teacher in Wuhan, is the content of senior two. There are many fragments in this class that I remember for a long time. One is that the teacher caught three kinds of feedback when the students only learned the division in the table and used the formula to express "put seven strawberries in a plate every two". The first feedback is that a student wrote "7? 2= ",indicating that there is no result after the symbol. The teacher presented the student's homework in the first position on the big screen. It is a teacher's personal quality to be good at capturing generated resources and subsequent layers of guidance. I think more about this student. The teacher asked him why he didn't write his grades. He was a little silent and said, "I don't know how to write." We can put in three sets, but there are still 1 strawberry left. How to write the result, at first, I was also very anxious. " At this point, the audience smiled happily.

I have thought about it many times, and most of the students I contact are afraid to express themselves so freely, let alone mention their "anxiety" in formal classes. There are many reasons, but from the teacher's point of view, when we usually answer blank, students' laughter and comments will definitely ring in the classroom. "he didn't write anything", "so-and-so, the formula didn't write the result" and "he doesn't even know this" ... what kind of pressure will the public opinion of his peers bring to this child? In my previous teaching activities, I may also capture this kind of feedback sensitively, but more often I pass by without making comments, just to contrast his formula with the second classmate's "7? 2=3 "and the third classmate's" 7? 2=3 (disk) surplus 1 "to compare with each other, highlighting other people's thinking is more appropriate.

Today, Mr. Shen invited the student to share the reasons for not writing grades and get to the bottom of it. The child was frank and won recognition and appreciation. In my class, students probably just listen to the evaluation of his homework by teachers and classmates like others, but they can't talk about their "necessity", let alone get praise. As for the peer's classroom reaction, it is also largely related to the teacher's daily teaching. Although teachers can't stop students' instinctive and harmless laughter and comments, nor can they lose the teaching value of those works themselves, teachers should protect students' young minds with appropriate encouragement, and take into account students' thinking at different levels to reflect students' orientation. Otherwise, in the long run, students will change their original attitude of being willing to answer, become ignorant and even dare not speak.

In fact, at all stages of enlightenment in life, the effective protection of the seeker by the guide will provide intangible power for all the good things in the future. Many people understand this truth. Teachers are for students, leaders are for subordinates and parents are for children. Everyone who is growing up deserves to be cared for. At the level of caring for children, most people can achieve the unity of knowledge and action. As for adults, every adult who is advancing also needs protection and encouragement. Today's fourth class, the area of a cone, is relatively inferior to five classes in the audience's field of vision. However, Liu, a provincial expert, appreciated the value of this class with her unique perspective and depth, which is undoubtedly the best protection for the class teacher.

Speaking of Liu's class evaluation, three thought questions are thrown out for each teacher's class, or for the integration of teaching materials, or for the design intention, which not only points out the direction for the teacher's reflection, but also clears the fog for the audience to know why. Finally, I don't forget to sum up, "I hope everyone can learn from it ..." It is not icing on the cake, and it does not sprinkle salt on the wounds of the weak, even if there is no one in the evaluation language. As every young person who has been taught, sometimes he is afraid to take over the task of grinding classes. It's not that they don't make progress and refuse to grow, but that they are afraid that their hard-worked designs will be criticized as useless by others. What they are afraid of is the frustration caused by the lack of affirmation or false affirmation, and more importantly, it will produce an indelible psychological shadow. In the eyes of others, the world of adults and the world of children are interlinked.

I've heard that I thought the same thing before. Large-scale competitions are all a kind of "show". Dare not comment on other subjects. The excellent math class I feel today is really a class for students to learn. I have only participated in the Yidu Teaching Competition once myself. At that time, I contacted the class twice, the first time was the pre-class prediction, and the second time was the official competition. On that day, I had enough time to communicate with students. After the experience, I realized that math class can't be fake at all. You can only investigate the learning situation before class, but you can't predict the knowledge. Otherwise, the classroom design below or above the learning situation will be full of loopholes. The former may be that the teaching goal can't be achieved, while the latter may be ridiculous and generous, and the performance class will be fake after all. What are the disadvantages of trying the class for live broadcast of the game for dozens of times in the team? The learning situation of each class is different. It is in the ever-changing environment that teachers develop all kinds of coping wit, sum up all kinds of presuppositions, choose appropriate activities and realize constant changes.

I think, therefore, I am here, I remember the past, and I will always benefit!
