Analysis of the Mid-term Examination Paper in Volume II of Grade Four 202 1-05-04
First, knowledge analysis.

This exam is aimed at the first four units of the second volume of mathematics in grade four, namely, four operations, observed objects, operation rules, and the meaning and nature of decimals.

The main content of the four operations is to summarize addition, subtraction, multiplication and division on the basis of the four operations that have been learned. Parentheses appear here for the first time, which makes the knowledge of the four operations more complete. The main contents include three conveniences: the meaning of four operations and the relationship between the parts in each operation; Mixed operation; Solve the problem. Generally speaking, the addition, subtraction, multiplication and division that students have learned before are mainly based on image cases. Now, we should abstract the logic behind the image case, explore the names of each part of each formula in more detail, and finally use this relationship to solve practical problems. In the past, we analyzed how to solve the problem based on specific cases. Now we begin to solve the problem by analyzing the pure quantitative relationship. In the past, we solved specific problems. From concrete to abstract is a very important step in primary school mathematics. After it, we can easily accept the more abstract quantitative relationship between decimal and algebra. The knowledge of unit 1 is reflected in the test paper: fill in the blanks 1, 4, 8; Multiple choice questions 2 and 9; All calculation problems and problem solving are based on the knowledge of four-distance calculation, but some calculation problems combine simple calculation and decimal knowledge.

Observing objects is a continuation of the knowledge of observing objects in the last class, and the difficulty is upgraded from observing a single object to observing geometric combinations, so as to cultivate students' spatial imagination and reasoning ability. The content of this part, like fingerprint input, is a process of collection and use. The more graphics students observe, the more graphics knowledge they collect, and the more skilled they are in using graphics. The difference between students may lie in memory. If it is good, you will remember it after observing it once or twice, while some students need to observe it more and collect it repeatedly. The embodiment of unit 2 knowledge in the test paper is: fill in the blanks 7,11; Multiple choice question 6; Operation questions; Solve problem 4.

The main learning content of algorithm is seven algorithms, which is the "cornerstone of mathematics building". The teaching goal is to make students use the algorithm flexibly to solve practical problems. The knowledge in this chapter is embodied as follows: fill in the blanks 4; Multiple choice questions: 4,10; The third sub-question of the calculation problem; 1 Solve the problem.

The meaning and nature of decimals are the beginning of students' systematic study of decimals, including: meaning, reading method, nature, size comparison, moving decimal point, unit conversion and divisor. There are many concepts and properties in this chapter, which need students to remember on the basis of understanding. The knowledge in this chapter is embodied in the test paper as follows: Fill in the blanks: 2, 3, 5, 6, 9, 18. Multiple choice questions: 1, 3, 5, 7, 8; Dictate the last second small question; Solve problems 4, 5 and 6.

Some topics in this paper are beyond the scope of students' study. At present, our students have not learned the addition and subtraction of decimals, but there are several topics related to the addition and subtraction of decimals in the paper, such as10; Multiple choice questions 5 and 8.

Second, the answer analysis

In this exam, the average score of 39 candidates in our class is 70.44, which is less than 10 at the end of last semester, which is not ideal. The following detailed analysis:

Objective reasons:

1. The examination paper is more difficult, which is the same feeling of three parallel math teachers. There are three super-class questions in the test paper, and there are many intellectual questions that are not involved in the textbook, such as fill-in-the-blank question 6; Multiple choice questions10; Problem solving 4, in which fill-in-the-blank questions appear in the form of thinking questions in basic training. We talked before the exam and had similar training in class. At that time, it showed that students could do it. As a result, 16 people still made mistakes in the class the next day. In thinking, we should strengthen training and review regularly in the future.

There is a new placement student this semester, and his study has not kept up with the progress. He got 1 1 in this exam. If he can reach the class average, our class average can be improved by two points.

Therefore, in the later period, it is necessary to strengthen the help for freshmen and let them keep up with the growth of the class as soon as possible.

Subjective reasons:

1. The biggest subjective reason for the performance of a class lies in the teacher. The teacher's contribution must be in direct proportion to the students' performance. So from this perspective, students' grades are not ideal, and teachers should bear the main responsibility. Therefore, how to balance the work of the team counselor and the math teacher in Class 178 is a problem that I should seriously consider and solve. First of all, although these two, such as preparing for a Young Pioneers' activity, will inevitably reduce the time for preparing lessons in math class. The reality is the same. Although I often work overtime until late, I didn't spend much time tutoring the students in Class 178. However, these two jobs are very important to students and schools. I am in charge of student financial assistance, and I want to sort out and submit the information of poor students in our school to help students with family difficulties get it. I am responsible for guiding the staff group, managing the school cadres, handling the daily management of the school, planning and carrying out various activities of the school, making the students of the school have a colorful campus life, organizing outstanding students of the school to go out to compete, and winning glory for the students and the school. Of course, as a young teacher, I will be arranged to take part in some competitions myself. Of course, why should I do all this work? On the one hand, another person should also reduce his teaching time. Another thing, I am too gentle. When leaders or other teachers arrange or need me to do something, I won't refuse. This is my shortcoming, because people's energy is limited. If you want to do one thing well, you have to give up others. Therefore, in the future work, I will learn to give up and refuse something to ensure better progress in mathematics teaching.

2. There is a big difference in scores. There are 10 excellent students, including the highest grade, and 10 failed students, including the lowest grade. There are several reasons for the big difference: 1. Internal factors, students' learning attitude and learning ability, some students in our class have a strong sense of learning. Judging from the usual answering questions and checking homework, several students are happy to raise their hands to share their knowledge, and their homework is often completed ahead of schedule. For these students, the classroom is no longer a simple process of learning knowledge, but a process of solving doubts and even testing knowledge. Others have learned something new. On the contrary, some students truly reflect a normal rule in the classroom, that is, Qin Wang, a famous special-grade teacher in China, said: a knowledge point, the teacher said it for the first time, and the students didn't listen at all; When the teacher spoke for the second time, the students were puzzled. The teacher spoke for the third time, and the students understood half; The teacher said it for the fourth time, and the students finally understood it, but they forgot it in a few days. And these students often have the complications of not actively doing homework and not thinking about homework. Why don't you think about it? I have a habit of giving students time to ask questions actively in class. Some students really don't understand their questions, and some students don't understand their questions because they haven't thought it over, because when I asked him to read the questions several times, he said evasively, twice. In this case, I don't think I read them carefully twice. Read the application questions at least five times and count. If you can't read it ten times, then you really need help. So in this case, I usually don't teach students how to solve problems directly, but let them read the questions themselves and analyze the meaning of the questions themselves. After these two steps are completed, most students will make their own, without the help of teachers at all. 2. Teacher's reason. As a teacher, I advocate learning by doing. I think I know something, but it's not necessarily true. Only when others can understand what you say can you really understand it, so students will be given a lot of time to exchange and discuss in class. If you express it actively, you will gain experience, but if you are shy, you will waste time if you don't listen in class. 3. For family reasons, the fourth grade mathematics gradually moves from concrete to abstract, and some problem-solving methods are forgotten in a few days, so it is very important to practice repeatedly. It can be seen from the students' homework that some families have a good learning atmosphere. Because now the Ministry of Education requires that parents are not allowed to assign homework, tutoring students will test their parents' consciousness.

3. Review is not in place. The content of this exam is the first four units. In order to prepare for the mid-term exam, I systematically reviewed the first three units, and each unit was tested. But in Unit 4, I haven't come to the exam yet, so I haven't concentrated on repairing students' knowledge loopholes. So most of the points lost in this exam are decimal knowledge points. According to my statistics, there are generally 3 to 4 people, or even 60 people, who are wrong in decimal knowledge than in non-decimal knowledge.

Third, the following teaching arrangements

First, preparing lessons well and giving good lessons is the first priority of teachers, so I will focus on preparing lessons and attending classes. A good way to prepare lessons is to introduce a famous teacher's classroom, which has been polished many times, so I plan to spend three years in each class, find a corresponding famous teacher's classroom that students like, learn imitation, and strive to make my students experience a high-level classroom. This project is not simple, because it is not easy to find a good class, and it will take a lot of time to sort out teaching plans and courseware according to videos. The standard of a good class is that the language is concise, students like it, and every student should try to listen. It's easier said than done. For a very common example, what if two students pass notes and tell short stories in class? Suspension criticism? Not only waste other students' time, but also make the criticized students dislike the teacher, and then go to class to teach the teacher to be a man in YY world. In the future, I will try my best to remind everyone to listen carefully in the most time-saving way to ensure the fluency of class, and then understand the reasons after class and criticize as appropriate.

Second, set up study groups to promote students' orderly competition. I am planning to set up a study group in my class to guide students to formulate their own learning goals and reward and punishment mechanisms, and to stimulate students' learning motivation with inter-group competitions to help students with learning difficulties study better.

Third, the transformation of underachievers, each child's personality is different, and the intellectual bias is also different. There will naturally be differences in learning. For students who are struggling to learn, it takes several times longer to learn a knowledge point than others. So in the later time, I will spend some time every day, taking turns to take a few students with lower scores in this exam to the remedial class. I will talk to my parents privately about the specific study situation. I hope my family and school can help the children together.
