In the autumn of 20 12, Putian No.1 Middle School and Bishop Dunn of Texas, USA, held the China-US international class for three years. In 2004, a classmate from Putian Middle School won the gold medal in the International Bio-Olympics.

Zhuo Kegan, the tenth headmaster of Putian No.1 Middle School, was born in 19 14, graduated from Shanghai Daxia University in 1937, and took over from Putian Junior High School in July10/(the predecessor of Putian No.1 Middle School, it was only a remedial high school in Fuzhong Province at that time, and the places were all over. At the beginning of June of the same year 1 1, he was ordered to move his school from Xia Zheng village in the suburbs to the old government school in the city, resume normal operation and set up a new high school.
