First select the first block diagram of the flowchart, then right-click and select Custom Animation, then add an effect and select Appear. Then define other arrows and block diagrams in turn, and you can see that there are numbers displayed, which is the order in which they appear.

You can also set the automatic delay of each part, or display it when clicking the mouse. Just modify it in the custom animation on the right.
