Hanshan Teachers College is an undergraduate normal college with a long history and distinctive features in Guangdong Province, located in Chaozhou, a national historical and cultural city enjoying the reputation of "China's porcelain capital". The campus covers an area of 976,000 square meters with a building area of 468,000 square meters.
The school was founded in the 29th year of Guangxu in Qing Dynasty (1903) and returned to Chaojia Normal School. Its predecessor can be traced back to Hanshan Academy, which was built in the fifth year of Song and Yuan Dynasties (1090). It is the first batch of schools specializing in training teachers in China and the first one in Guangdong. 192 1 year was renamed as. 1949 was renamed Hanshan normal college, 1958 was upgraded to Hanshan normal college, and 1993 was upgraded to Hanshan normal college.
