Since our school launched the activity of learning and educating teachers' morality and style, I have a clear understanding of the significance of the education of teachers' morality and style, and I am more familiar with the content of middle school teachers' professional ethics. According to the requirements of "Teachers Law" and "Professional Ethics of Primary and Secondary School Teachers", combined with my performance in education for many years, my existing problems are analyzed as follows:
I. Main problems
1, the performance of loving the teaching profession should be more prominent. I usually work hard, love my job, attend class seriously, study hard and be brave in innovation. Although I am well aware that loving the teaching profession is the premise of doing a good job in education, I have not done enough in education compared with experienced teachers.
2. Lack of perseverance in theoretical research on education and teaching. I often study the theory of education and teaching, learn the new curriculum ideas every day, actively participate in experimental activities, and often discuss related issues with my teachers. At the same time, I also write related practical papers, cases, lectures and teaching designs to continuously improve my teaching professional level. And these are not regular and conscious, all in order to complete the task. Now, in order to adapt to the development of education situation and become a qualified teacher in the new era, we must constantly strengthen the study of education and teaching theory so as to improve our professional level as soon as possible.
3. Care for students, love students, be more patient and more democratic. Treating students equally and democratically is a key to do a good job in teaching. Everyone agrees that teachers and students are equal. But sometimes in my own class, students are disobedient. Because of lack of patience and democracy, I often train students. In retrospect, I really need to be more patient with my students (especially naughty students).
4. Dare to innovate in teaching. Although I can use new ideas to guide teaching practice, explore scientific teaching methods and improve my teaching ability. But at present, my own teaching ideas and methods are still a little backward. In order to complete the teaching progress in the classroom, I neglected the training and cultivation of students' development in all aspects, and failed to really let them go and let them really become the masters of the classroom. At the same time, I can't let go of my own thoughts and understanding, and I always worry too much. In addition, treat students with more "love, care and patience". For example, sometimes we should treat students' mistakes and give them more persuasive education to correct them.
Second, the ideological roots of the above problems
1, the ideological understanding is not high, the theory of learning, education and teaching is not deep enough, and the significance of theory guiding practice is not enough. 2. Lack of professionalism, hard-working spirit and attitude, inability to sum up experience and reflect in work, low sense of service, lack of patience and responsibility, lazy thinking, lack of sense of mission and high sense of responsibility of the times.
3, love is not well cultivated and established, so it lacks the stimulation of love, and love is not enough to protect forever, resulting in perfunctory phenomenon.
