3. Undertake the task of school moral education, be a good class teacher or guide young teachers to be good class teachers, pay attention to the ideological and moral education of students in and out of class, and achieve excellent results.

4, combined with the actual work, constantly update educational concepts and knowledge, improve business ability, master new educational theories, teaching methods and means, actively participate in continuing education, and complete the task of 40 hours per period.
