Summary of shipyard training report 1000 words
With the end of a period of internship, I believe you must have gained a lot, so do you know how to write an internship report? The following is a summary of the shipyard training report of 1000 words compiled by me for your reference only. Welcome to read this article.

Summary of shipyard training report 1000 words (1) As the ancients said: knowing and doing are one. Contemporary development also tells us that practice is the only criterion for testing truth. Therefore, the significance of education can not be limited to the teaching of book knowledge, but also pay attention to practice. Especially our college students, as an important link between school and society, if we are only full of knowledge in books and have no practical experience, it will be extremely unfavorable to our development and will also bring immeasurable losses to the development of the whole society. Fortunately, we have a five-day internship next semester in junior year, so we should really get in touch with what we have been learning, but rarely encounter. Although it is only a short five days, it has brought us far more than that. The first time we visited xx Shipyard was during our internship. Hudong Zhonghua is a merger of two enterprises, and it is currently one of the leading enterprises in the national shipbuilding industry. Through the history of the shipyard explained to us by the old masters, we understand her development process and understand that whether as an enterprise or a person, if we want to develop, we must seize the opportunity and strive for our own future. As a large comprehensive enterprise, she has many branches. When the country was in trouble, she relied on her own strength, made wise decisions under the leadership, and Qi Xin, all the workers in the factory, worked together to gain a firm foothold in the world shipbuilding industry. Many ship types in Hudong are well-known in the world, and the research and development are actually started from scratch, which are all worked hard by the masters. As a large state-level enterprise, she has her own tasks and trained many elites in shipbuilding industry for the society. She has never asked the country for a penny, but she is quietly contributing to the country. Now the factory not only undertakes the shipbuilding requirements of the world's major shipowners, but also builds military ships for the country and contributes to our national defense cause. The spirit of xx people infects every one of us, and we are proud of having such enterprises in our country!

Finally, we went to xx Changxing Shipyard on xx Island for an internship. The internship visit in the shipyard made us further understand the specific shipbuilding process of shipbuilding repair.

I. Design

The technical center of the shipyard provides repair and modification technology, mainly production design and detailed design. (1) Linear fairing: mathematical lofting of radiology department, nesting, process standard, structural design of structural department, outfitting design of outfitting department, electrical equipment lofting of electrical department and pipeline lofting of engine department. Subparagraph (2): According to the design, production capacity and processing capacity of the factory, 149. The number of segments is determined by the factory, and the allowance is also determined by the experience of the factory. (3) Sub-task: Draw a profile, starting from bottom → side → tail → deck. Among them, the tail is the most difficult, so it should be done first and pre-installed, and the order is based on the order of boarding the station platform. (4) Nested parts: the parts are numbered by the machining center, and the machining data of the outer plate are provided by the scaling department. Groove and welded joint are generated by computer.

Second, the processing workshop

Cold working, data cutting → forming, cold working of external plate processing (cold bending/hot working) ribs.

Third, the hull workshop

Segmented production, jig frame: angle steel or channel steel, segmented: reverse manufacturing method-avoiding overhead welding. The modified ship is just suitable for using the jig frame.

Four, the slipway big closure technology

Its welding process requirements are high.

Verb (abbreviation for verb) emit.

Hoist the main engine, hoist the superstructure (outfitting) and launch the skateboard.

Six, the ship test. So it's over.

Through this internship, I learned a lot of very useful knowledge about shipbuilding, the latest trends and future development trends, competition trends, advanced technologies, concepts and methods of shipbuilding, and got a general understanding of the current shipbuilding level in China. Witnessed the vigorous and rapid development of China's shipbuilding industry, I am confident that China will become the largest shipbuilding country in the world, and I am determined to devote myself to the rapid development of the shipbuilding industry and make my own contribution to the rise of China's shipbuilding industry!

As a senior student who is about to enter the job, it is very rare to have such an opportunity to visit and practice. After all, you have to start from scratch after graduation. Maybe we have a little knowledge, but if we don't understand the working mode of the shipyard and the current shipbuilding process, we will undoubtedly fall behind after entering. This internship let us know the shipbuilding mode and management mode of the shipyard now, and also know that the work in the workshop is actually our best teacher through the visit, and we can learn a lot through the visit and study in the workshop. Masters also tell us through the performance of brothers and sisters what kind of road is the correct route for us to succeed.

The internship is over, and I learned a lot. Not only knowledge, but also pride and pride as a shipbuilder. A big ship was born in our own hands and sailed to every corner of the world, full of our ideals and responsibilities, and sailed far away. Through this internship, I felt my own shortcomings, lack of knowledge, and lack of courage in the face of difficulties, but it also strengthened my belief in being a shipyard. I am confident to face any big difficulties! The practical point is to be able to seize this half year to learn from teachers and classmates what they don't understand and haven't learned, and make up for their own shortcomings. This is my internship summary report.

Summary of shipyard training report 1000 words (2) One month's internship life is a rewarding and unforgettable month. During this time, I learned a lot about shipbuilding, left many impressive details, and broadened my horizons and ideas. Looking back on this internship, I really benefited a lot, and it is an experience that I will never forget. Summing up my internship in the shipyard this month, I have five deepest experiences:

First, I deeply realized that "the site is the best teacher". Only when I have really worked in the front line of shipbuilding production, only when I have been walking in the sun and wind and rain, can I really hone myself and learn the most useful things in shipbuilding, and only in this way can I lay a solid foundation for future development.

Secondly, shipbuilding in China is still relatively backward. Although I haven't been to a foreign shipyard, I have nothing to say to the front-line workers with their tattered dirty clothes, dark faces and focused but tired eyes. I have a deep understanding of their hard work and harsh environment. They have nothing to say, and their equipment and technology are backward. Every time I stand by them and observe, I feel that something in my heart has hit me hard, which is very painful and sad. As a shipping major, I really want to change what happened in front of me, but there is nothing I can do at this time. I want to really spoil myself at school, or play more and think about how great I am. However, no college students can build a boat. I never felt how awesome I was. In fact, out of society, everyone is on the same starting line. No one will care about your past experiences. He will only pay attention to how much you can do now and in the future, how much economic benefits you can create and how much contribution you can make to China's shipbuilding industry. Really, college students often have nothing to be proud of and awe of, but it is also the aura of our predecessors. This does not mean that we will definitely reach such a height. The only thing we can do is our own efforts and our own abilities (Rome was not built in a day).

Third, management is very important in shipyards and other enterprises. Without rules, Fiona Fang could not be established, and without efficient management, the company would be fragmented.

Fourth, as long as everyone enters the society, no matter whether you are from a prestigious school or not, no matter how brilliant you have been, the only reality you can face is that you can only struggle by your own efforts and abilities, and no one will ever be interested in your past. Yesterday has passed, and tomorrow is unknown. Only today is a gift from heaven. Only by grasping today and being down-to-earth can we achieve tomorrow.

Fifth, everyone should have their own goals, so as to move forward and struggle in one direction. Bernard Shaw once said that the real joy of life lies in devoting oneself to a great goal. I remember chatting with an employee of the construction site when I was internship in the organization department. I still remember it clearly. On that day, he said to me with great passion and pride, "One must have one's own goals, then work towards them, and finally he will succeed.". Look at me. I'm just an ordinary employee with no education. Two years ago, I set myself a goal: to own my own car and drive it to and from work. After that, I worked hard to make money, and now there is a car in the parking lot. " This incident touched me deeply and made me understand a lot.

Finally, I sincerely thank the shipyard for its concern and care for us in this month, the managers, section chiefs, clerks and all the staff of all departments for their careful teaching, and the leaders of the college for their concern, support and encouragement for our internship.

Summary of shipyard training report 1000 words (3) Through this internship, I have experienced something that I can't usually see in books. What I can't learn gives me a more intuitive understanding of the present situation and prospects of shipbuilding. Let's make a summary of this internship, hoping to be familiar with what we have learned and understand our own shortcomings in the process of summary. I also hope that through the summary, I can recall the scene at that time again and provide more direct motivation for my firm goal of being a shipyard.

Xx Zhonghua Shipyard, formed by the merger of Hudong Shipyard and Zhonghua Shipyard, is currently one of the leading enterprises in the shipbuilding industry in China. Through the history of the shipyard explained to us by the old masters, we understand her development process and understand that whether as an enterprise or a person, if we want to develop, we must seize the opportunity and try our best to strive for our own future. The spirit of Hudong people infects each of us, and we are proud of having such enterprises in our country!

At present, the main brands of xx are 74,000 tons and 74,500 tons bulk carriers, 1 1 10,000 tons oil tankers and VLCC, as well as various steel structures. These brands basically monopolize the international market. They are all developed and manufactured by Hudong, and they also have many patents of their own. At present, the main equipments in Hudong are 360X92 1 large dry dock, 2 sets of 600t gantry cranes,10.2000t floating dock,10.2000t and 7000t slipways, and 3 slipways below 20000t. She is also more advanced in software development and application in the same industry. In addition to using the advanced ship design system software and CAD/CAM technology of TRIBON in Sweden and PTC/CADDS in the United States, she also has a leading Chinese information management system of Hz-CIMS independently developed in China. At the same time, the company has more than one qualification certificate 100, and has passed the certification of CCS, ABS, LR, DNV, GL and other classification societies. Because of this, Hudong is working hard to develop and hopes to build a world-class shipbuilding base with its own efforts.

I visited various workshops in Hudong, where I saw the pieces being processed, which made my knowledge more stereoscopic and intuitive. A lot of things I didn't know before, I can understand at a glance. We also saw all kinds of advanced welding in the workshop.

Technology, let me understand that the original technology is like this, not as hard as I thought. Of course, welding or outfitting in some places may still be done by hand, but shipbuilding is relatively advanced and efficient. From the deformation, welding, assembly and painting of a steel plate, I have an intuitive understanding of shipbuilding technology. This process let me see what the so-called lines on the drawings are and what those symbols represent, which is very helpful for me to understand and remember this thing, much better than just memorizing the drawings.

During the class, the old masters told me a lot of methods and tools used in the shipyard now. Take the seemingly simple problem of bending a steel plate into a desired shape. In fact, according to the different parts of the ship, the curvature of the ship is different and the bending method is different. Simply put, there are mechanical forming and thermal forming, and there are many different types of steel plates. Different curvature starting devices are different. The main equipment for mechanical forming is the plate bending machine, which is used to process the cylindrical surface or conical surface of the plate. Press bending machine, used for bending plates, folding edges or automobiles; Bending machine, used for processing beams, ribs, etc. On the other hand, thermoforming uses chemical principles to bend the plate into the required shape under different heating conditions. We have all seen these equipments in the workshop, and the operation of the masters has made us realize the present technology. For some things that are not in books, such as some symbols, the masters at the scene have also explained them to us.

Summarizing the short two-week shipyard practice, I have five deepest experiences:

I had enough psychological preparation before the internship, and I had heard about the hardships of some shipyards, but I really felt what kind of life it was at Hudong Factory. Walking in the processing workshop, high noise, welding slag from time to time, all kinds of mixed smells are really different from the quiet and comfortable school! Especially when eating in the canteen, I looked at the workers covered in oil and said over and over again in my heart, shipbuilding is really hard! But as an old engineer who has worked in Hudong production line for many years said, "The site is the best teacher." Only when you have really worked in the front line of shipbuilding production, and only when you have been walking in the sun and wind and rain, can you really hone yourself and learn the most useful things in shipbuilding production, and only in this way can you lay a more solid foundation for future development. I also know that such a period of time must be very hard, but only by studying and exercising in the shipyard can we truly gain a foothold in this industry.

Inland river shipbuilding is the most famous brand in Polytechnic University. Graduates from previous shipbuilding departments went to all fronts of China shipbuilding industry to lead the development of China shipbuilding industry. We are very proud to see alumni working in the shipbuilding industry. In the past three years, every time I participated in exhibitions and activities related to shipbuilding industry, I met many engineering shipbuilders, some of whom were gray-haired and some were in their prime, which made me feel an unusual kindness. Facing countless predecessors, I feel a sense of accomplishment and honor, and feel that engineers will be able to show their talents in this important industry related to the strategic needs of the country. At the same time, I unconsciously feel the pressure on my shoulders. Many times, I feel that I have learned too little at school, and I even feel that I will be incompetent in my future work because my professional knowledge is not solid enough. It is precisely because of such worries and misgivings that I will study my professional knowledge in the remaining time and make my due contribution to the development of China's shipbuilding industry.

Third, management is very important in shipyards and other enterprises. Without rules, Fiona Fang could not be established, and without efficient management, the company would be fragmented. Hudong is the best example. By comparison, we can see that Hudong is not much better than the west in technology and equipment, but its economic benefits are far less than that of the west. This is a management problem. I believe that the high-level officials in Hudong have seen this and are working hard to improve it.

Only by grasping today and being down-to-earth can we achieve tomorrow.

Everyone should have their own goals, so that they can move forward and struggle in a direction. Bernard Shaw once said that the real joy of life lies in devoting oneself to a great goal. I remember chatting with an employee of the construction site when I was internship in the organization department. I still remember it clearly. On that day, he said to me with great passion and pride, "One must have one's own goal, then strive for it, and finally he will succeed.". Look at me. I'm just an ordinary employee with no education. Two years ago, I set myself a goal: to own my own car and drive it to and from work. After that, I worked hard to make money, and now there is a car in the parking lot. " This incident touched me deeply and made me understand a lot.

Through this internship, I have a more detailed and profound understanding of my major, and it is also the consolidation and application of the knowledge I have learned in the past two years. From this internship, I realized that there is a certain distance between the actual work and the knowledge in books, and I need to study further. Although the internship time is not very long, it helps me to know more about the shipyard and what kind of work I can do in the future, because my professional knowledge is not limited to books, but I have a more comprehensive understanding. As the saying goes, a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step, and many basic professional knowledge, such as shipbuilding technology, can't be thoroughly understood in books, so basic practice is particularly important, especially the job opportunities of senior technicians reflected by the current employment situation are far greater than those of undergraduates, because their hands-on ability is stronger than that of undergraduates. From this internship, I realize that the real purpose of our study and internship is to combine what we have learned in college with more practice, and to test the truth with practice, so that an undergraduate can have a strong ability to deal with basic practice and more systematic professional knowledge.

Summary of shipyard training report 1000 words (4) 1. Taking "being a qualified safety officer" as the working motivation, during my internship, I always thought about the overall interests, took positive actions, assisted my colleagues to seriously implement the responsibility system for safety production, strengthened the laws, decisions and regulations related to safety production, studied safety solidly, and strived to adapt to the management characteristics and working environment of Southeast Factory. In management, I love my job, have strict safety awareness and professional ethics, and correct the signs of weak safety awareness, inexperience, fear of trouble and inertia through safety day activities and production operation analysis meetings. At the same time, actively study and analyze the accident lessons of Southeast Factory, sum up experience, and constantly improve their business level, as long as it is conducive to enterprise development and safe production.

2. Under the correct leadership of Manager Huang, carefully supervise the role of the equipment and personnel under his jurisdiction, put an end to habitual violations in the planning, arrangement, inspection, summary and assessment of production work, master the work in charge, and promptly point out and correct the major hidden dangers and weak links that threaten safety production.

3. Seriously perform my duties, earnestly complete the tasks assigned to me by Xiao Wu's sister, constantly take notes, record relevant precautions, sort things out, and record the recorded problems clearly.

During my internship, I worked hard and often found shortcomings, but there was still a certain gap with the requirements and goals of the leaders. In the future, I will strictly follow the requirements and instructions of the leaders, further study safety knowledge, and strive to do my job well.

First, there are shortcomings.

Through more than three months' internship in xx factory, although some achievements have been made, there are still some shortcomings, mainly:

(1) The degree of ideological emancipation is not enough, and the ability of organization and communication is still slightly lacking, which is still far behind the experienced colleagues.

(2) The work involved is diverse and complicated, and it takes time to keep learning. The understanding of safety theory is not in place and needs to be understood continuously in practice.

(3) I'm not bold enough at work, and I can't let go of some things. I will constantly innovate and improve my quality in all aspects. In my future work, I will conscientiously sum up my experience, overcome my shortcomings and strive to do better.

Second, the future work plan

1, study hard, strive to improve their own quality and work ability, and do their duty as soon as possible.

2. Carry forward the spirit of hard work. Not afraid of hardship, take the initiative to find a job, be diligent in eyes, mouth, hands and legs, actively adapt to various environments, hone your will and increase your talents in complex work.

3. Carry forward the tireless enterprising spirit. Strengthen study, be brave in practice, pay attention to collecting all kinds of information while studying, and absorb all kinds of "nutrition" extensively; At the same time, pay attention to learning methods, correct learning attitude, improve learning efficiency, and strive to cultivate their solid theoretical foundation and practical work style. Try to do better and establish a good personal image.

4. Be a good assistant. Timely put forward reasonable suggestions and solutions for various decisions and problems for leaders' reference, cooperate with department leaders to complete the tasks uploaded and assigned, and play their own role in the work and strive to play their own role.

In short, since the internship, I have done some work and made some achievements, but there is still a certain gap from the requirements. I will constantly sum up experience, strengthen the awareness of systematic learning, update my ideas and improve my working ability in all aspects.
